West View Plaza Doraha

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with dust and stains everywhere, making it feel unhygienic. There was no hot water, even after multiple complaints, which made my stay very uncomfortable. Basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, and towels were not provided, which is unacceptable for a hotel. On top of that, the manager's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to address these issues. The overall service was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless significant improvements are made.

Dont know how to talk with customers. Dirty rooms, rude manager and Irresponsible staff. Must check all rooms before you book . They will show you only one decent room and will tell you all are same BUT the other rooms were worst when we checked.

Stayed for 2 nights, terrible experience. No hot water, when asked about hot water, they argued. Dirty rooms as well.
