Radisson RED Chandigarh Mohali

We had an exceptional experience with the service staff "Muskan" and "Vijay Rana" at the hotel during my stay! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and provided outstanding service throughout our meal. She was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations and checking in at the perfect moments without being intrusive. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. It's rare to encounter such top-notch service, and we couldn't be more impressed. Thank you for making my dining experience unforgettable - truly 5-star service! Muskan and Vijay Rana were one of the best service staffs I ever seen during my stays at different Hotels.

I had the best experience at Radisson RED. Their exceptional hospitality, I was impressed with the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check-in early at 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable. And the safe and secure environment was the best part. The security staff were friendly and always made sure I felt comfortable. The security staff Ravi, Davinder Pal and Ankush Chauhan are very cheerful and helpful I will stay at Radisson Red when I come back! Thank you so much for making my trip memorable

I recently stayed at Radisson Red for 15 days, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was incredibly courteous, always ensuring that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the food--every meal was delicious and well-prepared, with a great variety of options to choose from. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste never disappointed. And, not just food, the main thing that I look for is the service and hospitality you get. And that really added so much of value to my experience as the staff is so professional at what they do, always look after you and make sure if you need anything while you are having your meal. Overall, my experience at Radisson Red was beyond expectations. If you're looking for a place with great service, excellent food, and a comfortable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. Would love to visit again! Although the entire staff made my stay amazing, I would like to mention a couple of them for the great service: Naveen, Sourav, Tanshik, almost all of them from the servers team as I couldn't remember everyone's name.

Had and amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel staff ably led by Ms. Aarzoo , left no stones unturned in making it a remarkable experience. She was exceptional with her polite behaviour though professional. Her genuine smile made everything so easy and flawless. We were well taken care of from the moment we entered the hotel. Thankyou Aarzoo for all the special treats in our room. My parents were extremely happy and comfortable. Would also like to thank - Arsh who attended all our calls and our queries were promptly answered. We are truly amazed to see such humble and courteous staff. Would love to visit again soon.

Very good service by Muskan and Naman, staff in general is very friendly and helpful. Food is also really tasty, and I can recommend this hotel without Aside from the actual experience in the hotel and restaurant, getting pressured to leave a review several times a day and not even having a qr code ready is highly annoying. I would advise every hotel not to do this, and also not tell your staff to ask for it. Have a qr code at checkout and I will gladly leave 5 stars if I enjoyed my stay, but if you force me and every employee bothers me to name them personally you get 4, this is not how reviews work.

We had a great one-night stay, and a big shoutout to Happy Singh from the hospitality staff. Super friendly, helpful, and always had a warm smile on his face. He made us feel welcome right from the start and was quick to assist with anything we needed. Thanks for making our short stay so pleasant, Happy!

Overall, it's good in terms of ambience and service, but just disappointed in terms of food taste both Indian and Chinese. Bakery stuff is good. Also, there is sometimes some cleanliness issues in the room and washroom, which need to be addressed. One good thing is that the staff members readily listens to your concerns and try to work on them. Hoping for improvements in the above mentioned issues.

It is such an amazing property. Not only by the location or facilities... each member of the team made us feel so welcome. Right from check in till we left. The compassionate security staff at the entrance - my mom needed the wheel chair. The check-in experience and arsh has took check in with love.
