Best western plus, Phagwara

I purchased a hotel membership that included a complimentary buffet dinner. However, the experience was far from smooth. The first time we went, we were told the buffet was available only on weekends. After waiting weeks, we visited again on a Sunday--only to be informed it was available only on Saturdays. Finally, we managed to go on a Saturday and got our buffet dinner. But even then, it was disappointing. There were no snacks included, and while snacks were promised on demand (free of charge), we ordered a veg snack that never arrived--even after a long wait. We eventually skipped the snacks and moved to the main course. Unfortunately, the buffet itself had very limited variety, with just one or two items available. It was a letdown. The only saving grace was the taste of the food, which was consistently good. Overall, not the kind of experience you expect from a membership offer.

Overall the facilities are clean and new and the staff is VERY accommodating, they were friendly and fast and worked very hard, and were kind and attentive! The wifi connectivity is terrible and requires constant re logging in, the TVs are smart but unable to accommodate connection to other smart devices. The pool is clean and pretty large but there aren't towels readily available and there are no washrooms attached to the pool currently so the poor staff has to clean up after swimmers when we use the bathrooms down the hall. The hotel is still being finished but our stay was great and the staff and pool were a real highlight

We absolutely loved our experience at the Best Western Plus in Phagwara! The food was delicious and really hit the spot. The ambiance was just perfect, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Can't wait to come back for another visit! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Best western plus is really good hotel in Phagwara. Shubham and Srishti in the reception is really nice staff . Both are helpful and always treat the guest with smile Food is very tasty breakfast having so many options .. good day in the hotel . Thank you for your service

Bikram served us really good since we stayed here for 30 days. I recommend this place to my friend and family. I will come back here again. Great service.

Staying here was like staying in a USA hotel, it was very clean, staff were very friendly and greeted us each time and the food was the perfect amount of Indian spice. We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to when the pool is ready to take a dip into!
