Clean, spacious rooms. Supportive staff. Quick Service. G.M, Mr.Dinesh was very helpful and attentive. He Arranged early morning tea/breakfast before the scheduled room service time as a special gesture.. Food was Good. However they need to add some authentic Punjabi food and some combos to the menu for the persons travelling alone.

Overall, I had a great experience with the gold coast. the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite which was beautiful, clean, and perfect to celebrate my birthday. Special Thanks for the team!

Extremely disappointing experience at Gold Coast Bar. The staff were not only poorly trained but also disrespectful and unhygienic. The atmosphere was far from welcoming, with flies buzzing around and a general lack of cleanliness throughout the venue. The food was bland and unappetizing, clearly prepared with little care for hygiene. The service was shockingly bad--our server was rude and dismissive, and to make matters worse, we could hear staff arguing and using abusive language while we were trying to eat. On top of all this, the prices were ridiculously high for the quality (or lack thereof) offered. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining or bar experience. Avoid if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at gold coast club from the warm welcome to the comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast! A truly exceptional experience! The location, service, and amenities were all top-notch.

Recently visited gold coast and that left extremely disappointed. Chicken corn soup was terrible with no flavour and chicken hakka noodles have soggy chicken. After making a complaint to staff, chef comes to the table to offer a new one but got another surprise as he was wearing casual tshirt and jean which is totally unhygienic. Would have given zero stars if I could.
