The rooms are luxurious and well-maintained, with modern amenities making the stay even more convenient and comfortable. The room's view was stunning, overlooking the CITY. the swimming pool - a perfect combination of beauty and relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we had an amazing time enjoying it with our entire family and friends. I truly hope that when I visit again, the staff's good hospitality, services, and, most importantly,RECEPTION STAFF & the amazing taste of the food are maintained, along with the well-kept property. Looking forward to coming back!

First to start with booking experience and nothing can match the smooth onboarding and gym facilities provided by reception team. thee also helped with all to and for travel..Hats off to his hospitality. Service: Ms. Harman & Ms. Pawan were excellent in providing service. They were very kind and prompt. & they provided us the best room I had stayed in Deluxe room#415 i think it is the best room in entire hotel surely visit soon thanks Team Stella Thank you.. you guys are amazing

Even I stayed here and experienced not an appropriate behaviour at front desk folks , they did not pay attention also not even smiled while checking process , rude behaviour by senior frent desk person, they did not even ask if they can get our language to the car. Please look into these basic terms in a bid to run smooth check in and stay. Apart from front desk behaviour everything was great ambiance, quality and room amenities..

Reception people doesn't even greet with smile. Cleaning issues. Booked deluxe room and got two small beds joined together with separate sheets that created gap in them. Overall experience is bad. Would rather book comfort inn for sure

Our family recently stayed at the Stella Hotel in Bhatinda. However, the experience was unsatisfactory. Staff professionalism was lacking, and despite requesting a non-smoking room, our request was not fulfilled. While the hotel's highway location might suit solo travelers unconcerned about smoking, it is not recommended for families due to the subpar service and overall inadequate experience.|Rooms cleaniness also not upto standards.

One of the best HOTEL in BHATINDA, Top class hospitality, Must visit||We had been to BHATINDA almost 1 year ago and had a wonderful time then.||Thinking to re-create the same charm, we were little skeptical to find equally good HOTEL matched with top class hospitality and food.||||We zeroed in on STELLA - set up in a tranquil surroundings away from city center.||Our experience right from check-in to the "Good-bye" was near perfect.||||Rooms were spacious, freshly designed interiors, cozy and with good views.||Attendants were courteous enough to ensure our pick-up/drop to and from room to hotel lobby is precisely taken care - rain or shine.||||Food is the most attractive offering here, right from very unique and creative dishes - chef has masterly intertwined the issue of limiting the food waste that one can see.||You think of traditional PUNJABI/Indian dishes to fusion and continental dishes - STELLA scores the highest point here...||||Amenities were nice and easily accessible for all age groups. We celebrated Rakshabandhan on the top of the FLOOR adjacent to the Devi Ma Temple - such ||auspious feeling and precious memories we created.||||A big should out to and all the front-office and admin staff.||||Master Chef Ji and his entire team is awesome....loves to engage with guests and share their experience, seek feedback and overall strike a conversation which is what we always look out for on a lunch/dinner table to share experiences.||||Dishes they make and the skill they develop to constantly find ways to WOW customers is something I admire coming into this resort.||||Few improvement areas that management should look out for and fix:||1. Make all exterior spick-and-span, free of construction debris lying/open pipes, etc.||2. Ensuring Room intercom is always running, even when WiFi service is down...||3. Plan for reliable power-backup||4. Planned parking space which does not expose guests to an ongoing traffic||||Would I go back and visit Stella again, For sure YES !!

Booked suite room. At 12 midnight, when I checked in, got a downgraded room at the same cost. On the 2nd day as well, they kept me waiting for the change. And in the end, out of sheer frustration, I decided to continue with the downgraded room Won't recommend the hotel. There are much better options available in Bathinda
