Worst ever hotels in bhatinda, room are rubish, i would never recommend any body to stay there,. washroom are dirty like hell,.staff has no sense of talking, no respect for customer at all,.even dogs can't stay there,.i just went out of the room straight away, can't even stant there for a second, stinks like garbage,..

Please don't booked room online . Hotel staff behaviour is very bad . I booked online room by aogada this hotel say room is already booked. Fraud hotel ,fraud staff ,payment not refunded. Very bad experience.

My husband booked this hotel by walkin. We were not supposed to book this hotel. We were travelling with family I was heading towards amritsar. My car broke down in this area. As it was too hot, I decided to let my family stay in this hotel for couple of hours, The service was very poor the water is not coming in any taps even told the to the service counter tv is not working even there phone is not working. The executive in reception was very rude he don't have any manners how to talk with a female customer. Really disappointed with service I hope oyo should cancel there membership with such low quality hotel.

I booked a room through the Agoda mobile app on December 25, 2023, for a one-day stay. Despite the services mentioned on the app, my check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist was very rude, stating that they do not allow one lady and two gents to stay together. I contested, asking where this restriction was mentioned in their terms and conditions. After several arguments, he reluctantly agreed to provide a room. Upon entering the room, I found it lacking basic amenities like drinking water, a water jug, and a hair dryer or tea/coffee maker, contrary to the facilities advertised. There was only a used glass available. The blanket in the room had a bad smell, some white discharge on it, and was in poor condition. When attempting to call for service, the telephone was dysfunctional and dirty. The curtains were torn, and the overall room had an unpleasant odor, resulting in a negative experience throughout my stay. This situation persisted until my check-out. The receptionist, who was initially uncooperative and intoxicated, refused to provide the third bed despite my booking for three people. After numerous arguments, he eventually provided the third bed at 10 pm. Additionally, despite the free breakfast included in my booking, they also refused to provide me with breakfast. I lodged a complaint with Agoda customer care through their chatbot service, but they failed to take any action, leaving me to endure the issues throughout the entire day.

Bad Exercise, Staff is very Bad, Oyo Showing 630 Rupees but charge 800 rupees and no water in room very bad experience

Pathetic experience. The reception staff is rude and tries to make extra money by misguiding guests. Rooms are shabby, stinky and no proper lighting. Deceptive pictures on OYO app. Definitely not upto OYO standards.

The receptionist's rude behavior, unclean rooms, malfunctioning telephone and TV (old TV), lack of WiFi, water supply issues, dirty bathroom, and leaking AC in the room make this hotel extremely bad

First of all you have to pay 100 minimum to enter in the name of GST and they will not give any GST bill. Then only two rooms both pictures I have posted.. one with good condition has no door lock and one with door lock has no living condition.. Bathroom is very dirty and unhygienic.. Roofs and walls ses like it can fall anytime. Also If you order any thing they will charge you like a 5 star hotel and will give food like Roadside 2 star thela wala food(Given pic is chicken biryani of 250/-). And they will also charge extra money in the name of GST without any bill.. Electricity has a tripping problem, every 5 minute the MCB drops and power is cut. No drinking water available. You have to pay 30/- for 1 litre water bottle. Bed is good but pillow and blanket is horrible. Towel seems to be used and without washing they just fold it pretending as unused.
