I had booked two deluxe rooms and deposited Rs.1000 by gpay to Mr. Piyush Bansal, the owner of the property. My booking was for 10th August, 2024. Firstly, we had a tough time in locating the hotel as it is situated in some unknown godforsaken street. Secondly, the person at the desk alloted us room 105 and 107 but while we were still at the reception desk, a couple walked out and when the person at the desk asked them which room they were using the man replied room 105. When we reached 105 that was alloted to us, we found it in a mess and the bed all soiled and the room dirty. Thirdly, the rooms were without any windows, closed from all sides and dingy, small and smelly as the smell from the attached toilets was circulating in the rooms. Even the ashtray had not been emptied and cleaned. When I asked the man at the reception if they had any other rooms with windows as the given rooms were very suffocating, he replied in the negative. I and my family could not breathe in those rooms and we had no alternative but to check out, forgo our given advance and find another good hotel which we did. I feel cheated by the hotel people. I will never recommend the public to take their families to stay at this hotel. An all together a very bad experience.

Best hotel in bathinda. Clean rooms and great ambience. Staff was also very good and co operative

Room was clean but not very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Hot water is available from a heater in the bathroom but they kept turning it off from downstairs and had to ask a few times before they turned it on. Same thing with the a/c. Wi-Fi was great. Location was good. Staff were rude - laughing in your face. Food was awful or not available.

Best hotel near Bathinda Junction. It's 5 min walking distance from bhatinda Junction. Food is also available. Homely cooked food. Price is little high but it's obvious. I shared the menu also. Only vegetarian food is served here Well decorated. Maintained cleanness and hygiene. Ac is available
