the hotel is very good But Room's For Driver's Is Very Dirty, The mattresses on the bed are so dirty that there is no sheet on top of them, ,One Cooler In Very Bad Condition, Cooler Water Pump Not Working, Only a little air comes from the cooler, This is Very Bad Things, Drivers come from such far away places to take your customers, please get all these things done, The driver also has the right to rest in a good and clean place, Please I request you to pay attention to these things, Thank You

Very low grade front desk attendent I have booking for 30jan I'll come early mrng he told that he charged 10k for 6 hours extra while I booked room in 4110 rupees very low quality front desk staff who attend me at 7am in mrng

Good Property in Bhatinda City If you are planning good function/ Party here They do have enough space for parking and good gathering Food quality is also good

Not Enough Restrooms I went to Hotel Sepal for conference purpose. There weren't enough restrooms, especially on the ground floor and it is not cleaned. It was really inconvenient.

Service of restaurant was so poor.Ac was not working and food was uncooked.
