Worst service in Bathinda.We had organized a Birthday party here and here are the feedback points :- 1) Staff was very rude and they were very late than the given time in starting the food. 2) Coffee was cold like cold drink 3) Even Roti's were not at all fresh

Good quality food but service was average

Had a gathering of 100+ people for the family wedding ceremony. The hotel services are below average. It was booked by checking the reviews and from some recommendations, but turns out that this hotel may be good for a day booking of rooms only but not for any large gatherings. The food served was below average, lacking spices, was served cold food to wedding guests. The waiters were unprofessional and not customer friendly. They just mishandled 2 weeding cakes and eager to fight when encountered. At the end they mixed up the complementary rooms which were assigned for the wedding. The entrance to hallway turned to be smaller as seen before and was not enough for the guests. Overall a bad experience. Please looks for specifications while booking this hotel for any large gathering specially the quality of food they serve when gathering is large. Function date April 23, 2022

The Rooms are okayish, food was good not that great. Washroom did not had lock on it, so you would not be able to lock it from the outside, was only working while you were inside the bathroom, on reporting this they did not fix it. (205) Exhaust fan wasn't working in one of the washrooms. (204) However the staff was helpful, but their parking guy had a altogether different type of attitude. Also the bell boy did not bring trolley rack for luggage, which broke our perfumes inside the baggage as it was not handled with care

Melody is situated Opposite Mittal Mall. Famous for its Rooftop Pool Party, Restaurent, Rooms and Banquet along with Kitti/party halls. Food and service is very good. Further Bar is available. One can visit with family, official party as well.
