Hotel Krishna Continental

The staff at the restaurant was good. Food quality was also good though over priced. The phone and kettle of my room was not working. I complained and they claimed to have repaired it but it did not work next day also. The balcony of my room was very dirty. At the time of checkout, the two girls at the front desk were totally indifferent and discourteous. Did not extend any help with my heavy luggage. The staff surely needs a lot of training in hospital. Not coming to this hotel again

The Hotel has a huge parking space and is very near to Mall road. Rooms are spacious though there can be some more light in the rooms. The food is expensive ( though outside food is allowed) but u should not skip the breakfast buffet which has a good number of dishes and great taste too. A live kitchen is there in case you want to have an omelette etc. The hotel has a gym which is also open for local memberships. Overall for a quiet and cozy stay I would definitely recommend the hotel.

A very nice hotel with a very co-operative staff which lacks very small things. The room key provided to us wasn't working and we had to call the reception everytime we were supposed to open the room. They won my heart over breakfast whic had a very wide variety. South Indian, continental, Indian with salamis and sausages. Quite costly though. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Over priced. Rude reception Smelly corridors and rooms. Bad tobacco smell all around. Food is just Okish. Not recommended at all. One star for Parking space Only.

I checked in on 18th December and checked out on 19th December, I called them up as I forgot my watch there, firstly they kept telling to call later as we are busy in check out of room and then they called and said no watch is there , I was completely shocked. I just called up after 3 hour and they denied it completely. Worst response and experience, travellers please take care of your stuff.

Worst hotel I have stayed in...over priced based on the price per room. We had 15 rooms for 4 days and their key card were getting deactivated everyday for every room. They expect us to go downstairs to renew the card. We asked them to extend the card date till our booking date but all in vain. Were were left on corridors everyday with baby, in between functions with locked rooms. Room interior is outdated, appliances does not work, and housekeeping needs to be asked to provide towels, tissues and water.
