All staff in fueling brains is very nice director. He is so kind and all kids are getting good care from staff members.

Mr Eshaan is a very friendly and caring person and takes good care and goes out of way to see that you are very comfortable while staying at Hotel Casio. He even put special tv channels & Netflix which my wife wanted to see. .The rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are also hygenically kept clean. Our 2 pet dogs felt homely and were happy here wagging their tails . This is also a pet friendly place. We enjoyed staying here. On Mr Eshaan 's advise, we enjoyed eating delicious food at places reccomended by him and enjoyed site seeing wonderful places and loved Batinda and the local very courteous people so much. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Big parking space and ample areas for early morning walk. Will surely stay here again on our next visit and highly Reccomended this hotel to stay.

worst experience ever. the rooms are very dirty and they don't clean it even after you inform them. nobody even checks you out or help with any luggage. only good thing is the location.

Rooms and location is good However pathetic experience No functioning electricity Cannot even charge your phone Promised heater and when didn't work no money refund Exhaust in bathroom doesn't work No taxi or cab available for railway station as promised Their electric boards have water dripping down prone to short circuits It's better to stay in a railway station guest house for 200-300 rs in matters of comfort This place is only looks and no service All the best guys You really need to work hard on your place

room was good and clean , staff was very welcoming and helpful, location was just amazing with all the bars and restaurants so overall it was an amazing experience
