Clarks Inn, Bathinda

I recently stayed at Clarks Inn Bhatinda, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a stunning view. The hotel's location is perfect--easily accessible and close to major attractions. The food was another highlight; the in-house restaurant served delicious dishes with a wide variety of options. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive! What truly sets this hotel apart is its excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making my stay truly memorable. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend Clarks Inn to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality.

Its a newly opened property with few staff (staff is trying their best) and lots of things to look at. In the entire property you find a lasting smell/bad odor as its not used, the floor itself is sticky to walk at some places. Their is no rooftop bar as claimed, I had taken two suite rooms and photos of incomplete construction is attached. (Only 1 single suite room has a bath tub, rest no suite rooms have bath tub), the suite rooms look empty and does not have proper furniture. I had to call to get the ACs working, TVs were not working. Bed sheets and linen were not clean and I had to ask to replace them in both the rooms. All in all, don't expect the Clarks level and think of it as a normal stay & then there will be no disappointment.

Stayed one night 21/03/25. I would highly advise against staying at this hotel. We arrived late at 10:30 PM, exhausted, only to find the room in an appalling state. The bed sheets were clearly not washed--there were bloodstains, hair, and other grime all over them. We requested clean sheets, but despite asking four times, they kept putting on dirty sheets and pillowcases over and over again. The bathroom and toilet were also not cleaned before our arrival, no toilet paper or tissues either. The floors were sticky, covered with dirt and stains. The furniture was in no better condition, with chairs and tables visibly dirty and unkempt. To make matters worse, we couldn't get any rest until well after 1 AM, as nothing was done to resolve the issues. Even worse, the room for our wedding function had no air conditioning, and the floors and tables were filthy. I didn't want to eat the food. This was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to stay.

We stayed with family. We really liked our stay at the property. We had booked a room with breakfast and one meal. The reception team and housekeeping team was helpful and prompt. The rooms are decent, dinner was good. Also, hotel gave us a free upgrade, which was bonus to us.

Riya was so kind to us and I have never met such an excellent hotel receptionist before. She really shines, she absolutely should be promoted and given more responsibility.

I recently stayed at Clarks Inn , bhatinda and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Aditya at the reception was particularly helpful and made the check-in process smooth. Will visit again!

I stayed from 20th Feb to 22nd Feb 2025. I found : Dirty room with slippery floor , substandard furniture , Dhaba type menu card . Cheap plastic slippers . Broken door of wardrobe. I asked for hair dryer , after 30 min they told me that some customer has taken dryer, means they have only one dryer. Dirty parking area. Very limited breakfast options, tasteless food. It is ruining Clark's inn hotel chain's image. Don't book this hotel in the name of 4 star hotel.
