Not at all good hotel.. one cannot stay with family. Water problem. Rooms are not good.. will not recommend for family

This is one awesome hotel in heart of Bhatinda, located in a posh commercial district it is ideal for corporate visitors. Very courteous staff, nice ambience, good food and clean semi luxurious rooms. This hotel definitely deserves more than 5 stars in ratings. My stay was very comfortable, transfers were good and timely. And now the best part: This place is a awesome value for money proposition. The tarrifs are unbelievably low. Regards.

Very poor service. Any request made at the reception takes ages to be taken care of. The place boasts of WiFi but it never works even after continuously complaining again and again. Cleanliness and hygiene also not proper. Cockroaches are found in bathroom and in food frequently. Water is served in unsealed bottles which are ages old. After repeated complaints AC was repaired. Worst experience ever. Few things from my room and also where my friends are staying got stolen. If you are planning a fairly long stay do not choose this place.

The Super Deluxe Room is really very spacious. The interior and room arrangement justifies the name of the room. The front office staffs as well as the room service staffs are very courteous and really well mannered. Though I have not visited their restaurant . Our food were served in the room and the quality of the food was good. A tip to the traveler. The driver of the vehicle of the traveler is accommodated free of cost. Only food expenses have to be paid.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week in March of 2016. We were so happy with the spacious, modern room and the service we would recommend this hotel to friends and family! The air-conditioned restaurant served some of the best food we ate in all of our travels in India. This hotel deserves some recognition or award because it is an outstanding place to stay.

Worst experience ever, they charged you bucks not to facilitate you they charge you to make you fool. On the date of function we experienced 4 times electricity cut, guest did not received meals on time and they have to wait when they receive chapati to start their food. They are fraud please don't go for this hotel
