This looked like a solid hotel. The food here was excellent and the service was excellent, if a bit pushy. A lot of the service staff were asking after a "goodwill" or "tip" which had me thinking that the owners don't pay their workers enough. Thankfully, we had a good time at this venue despite that.

Very bad experience no one pick the call nethor mob nor reception even I go down on reception no one there I call loudly many time no any one response there very dangerous

no water in attached bathrooms. stayed for one night but it was a nightmare. zero room set ice no one was there to pick the phone as if we were only guest there with no staff member to serve except chokidar and one at reception to take money for the stay. only room ac was working fine. room was neat and clean and newly built.

All hotel management is perfect you can take perfect portait over there but Noise of Fly killers inside the hotel is too high I shocked first time when I noticed light hearted don't sit close to it

Function place was very nice but staff behaviour was too bad. Our function was held on 31 August I noticed specially the name called Bunty was showing very rood and attitudinal behaviour in-front of all guests so plz my humble request to manager to improve your staff behaviour which is very important to deal with guests.
