Food , snacks,drinks,lunch , dinner, breakfast is poor quality,no good taste no preparation no good Raw material use in this palace during party ,no proper service , conjusted area for 50 above persons power backup failed ,Ac no proper working no lift no sufficient parking averall maximum 1 star deserved .

I like this hotel good food quality. Well a/c hall. I got good injoy in my friend marriage. Keep it up. All my friends if you want to do any function in Barnala try this hotel . From Puni Ram Ludhiana

This hotel is not good because my wife sister daughter marriage not complete well because we pay all payment to manager and he says that " keep enjoy don't be serious and says "chill friends" and on marrige he says that we work in advance and he give time at 9:00am says that all things you select were ready easily but next day we were late and because relative reach on hotel late and we reach 10:00 am there all things are not ready all relatives are are so thrust because cold water is not ready and cold drinks are not cold all relatives are so sad cold drinks is only fanta and on 12:00 noon 80%items are not ready and 70% relatives have not eat chappaties because tey have not completely prepared and half of relative come back to their homes very sadly at 5:00 pm all chapati es prepare and on this time all relatives go to their homes. At last I suggest you that don't book this hotel at any function because this hotel is wastage of money this hotel rating is 0 out of 5 but I give 1 out of 5 this hotel is very very bad

Very good hotel with mostly all the facilities very much helpful staf and very kind people. Must visit this hotel in barnala
