I had a great stay at Hotel Altiz Palm The hotel has a modern design and nice interiors, making it very relaxing. The rooms were very clean, big, and had everything I needed. The banquet hall was well-organized and perfect for events. The food at the restaurant was tasty, with lots of options, and the staff was quick and helpful. The location is easy to reach and close to nearby places. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and facilities!

Best place to visit for any family celebration. There is so much positivity and smiles on the faces of every staff member. Comfort is their utmost priority. Food is top notch with a variety of cuisines served for the customer. Food quality is taken into consideration very seriously. Very happy and delightful experience.

Excellent food! Sehrish is an incredible professional. She was so friendly with my 17 month old daughter which made the entire dinner experience pleasant. The food is extra ordinary especially the dal makhani.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our experience, hoping it will be helpful in improving your services. - The food items we ordered were not available as mentioned in the menu, which was disappointing. - Despite specifically requesting non-spicy dishes, the food served was overly spicy. Even after raising this issue and requesting a correction, we were again served spicy dishes. - We ordered boneless chicken, but the dish served included bone-in chicken. Upon raising this concern, we were informed that the dish served was considered "boneless chicken," which was both surprising and misleading. I trust that your team values customer feedback and will take steps to address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Altiz Palm, Barnala. The hotel is well-maintained with a great atmosphere. The staff was polite and very helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety. I had an amazing time at Hotel Altiz palm. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and cared for. I especially enjoyed the delicious meals, and ambience is beautiful which added a special touch to my visit. I can't recommend this hotel enough--fantastic hospitality and exceptional service all around! One of the best in barnala.
