Great hotel with good ambience, amazing food and nice customer service. Will stay here again whenever I'll be back in town. Perfect place to stay with family and friends.

The hotel gets customers as there is no other good hotel nearby. If you don't care about 1) wifi connection 2) climb up stairs as lift doesn't function 3) no power backup 4) can manage in stuffed pitch dark suffocating rooms without light for hours...then you can take this hotel. Nothing good about it except the chef Deepak whose food was good. Manager Lucky is just ruthless and indecent in his dealings with the customers. The owner himself who comes and stays in the hotel has no intention of getting the lift repaired. I sprained my leg and with pain i had to go up and down the stairs. The owner had no concern for customers complaints caused by non-functioning of wifi/lift/inverter etc. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as the owner and the Manager both are rude and offer pathetic services. SURPRISE OF SURPRISE...the lift was perfectly alright but the owner himself stopped it for 2 days to save on electricity. NEVER HEARD SUCH NONSENSE ANYWHERE ELSE. Intercom never worked. Sheets and towels were never changed in 7 days. Apart from the chef Deepak, the other staff Pawan, Kale were good and caring.

Pathetic experience, extremely dirty room with hair and dirt on phone, side table, floor everywhere. Toilets were worse than public toilets. AC was not working properly Staff was least bothered and was not listening to any problems. Was there for a night stay and had a horrible experience.

Not happy. Room service is just pathetic. Overpriced food. Rooms are good. Staff not friendly. 3/5star.

Best hotel at bannur Mohali and specially maneger preet n manpreet both are very coprative ,food is very nice but it takes time to deliver room are clean good hotel for family n friends
