HOTEL YOKO HAMA

Had a great experience staying at Yokohama Hotel in Garhshankar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was fresh and tasty. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, the staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. The warm hospitality and personal attention truly made it feel like a high-end experience. If you're ever in Garhshankar and need a clean, cozy place to stay with great food and service that goes above and beyond, I'd highly recommend this place. We loved it.

I stayed in this hotel for a day and had a very bad experience, 1. We ordered tandoori chicken which was not freshly made. 2. The bed sheet was not clean. it was clearly visible that someone has used it before. 3. We were told that there is hot water to take bath. They charged extra amount for the that room having hot water facility but hot water didn't came out of the tap. Had to take bath with cold water. 4. I had to go out for 2 hours. they kept the room key with themselves although i had no expensive item still that's not how you treat the customer.

Staying at Yokohama Hotel in Garhshankar was a surprisingly delightful experience. The warm hospitality, clean rooms, and well-equipped facilities made my stay very comfortable. Very friendly staff took care all of my needs. They even arranged transportarion and guided me places to visit. The rooms here are very clean and wifi is very good. Highly recommended.

Overall it was a quality stay, the owner of the hotel is quite cooperative. The rooms are well maintained and hygienic.
