Hotel Heritage Lodge

I had a terrible experience at [Hotel Heritage lodge ] on [29march ]. The staff and specially owner was extremely rude and unhelpful, the owner have no sense of taking with guest and women especially at the reception. The room was not clean, and the smell of room was so horrible.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.and we go personally for booking two rooms they said it's cost 5000 but after some time we check the price of hotel on make my trip it was just 3500 for same two room and we booked but when we show the booking bill on reception the owner get angry and use very abused language.

This property is situated very close to the highway and few hundred meters from the Anandpur Sahib Gurudwara. The reception of the owner was very well to do and the property was very cozy for stay. The property staffs were very helpful throughout my stay the place. Cleanlibess and hygiene was the utmost priority.

Very nice hotel to stay the staff is very good and co operative.The owner is also very good and cooperative and tries to help the customers and provides full knowledge and history of Anandpur Sahib so that the time and money of customers can be saved so I can say that this hotel provides full value of money of customers so I recommend people to stay in this hotel

Rooms are very neat and clean and the staff is very good ans the owner of hotel owns very good and helpful nature and tries to guide the customers to best of his knowledge

Very beautiful location. Very nice A/c Rooms. Very near to Museum & Main Gurudwara. Very competitive price 87 years Dad & my Uncle visited all together 08 people. Definitely will come in winters.

Good hotel with lovely accessories in working conditions. Only difficulties is non availability of fooding other than tea. Stayed in the hotel for three days from 29th to 31st oct 2022. Mr Ramandip singh, owner of the hotel is very cordial.
