Stayed on 11-02-2025 , Never try this hotel stay , very bad amenities, hot water will finish while you are taking a bath, and then you request hotel staff to provide hot water in bucket , most expensive hotel in Anandpursahib, but they don't have hair dryer in room or reception. No heating in room,only cooling. The restaurant is good , the food tastes good. But never recommend for Hotel stay. You will find better options near by even in very less rates.

I had a family gathering at my home, So I booked 8 rooms at khyber. With no doubts it's a new hotel so the rooms and the hotel itself was spotless but what disappointed me that rooms 105-106 were the only rooms that are equipped with hot water geysers and rest of the hotel work with one central hot water tank. Which means there's no instant hot water other than those 2 rooms. Plus, as per the staff they turn of the hot water tank at night. So most of my guests had to leave early but they couldn't shower. Cherry kn the top was when i found out that there kitchen opens at 8:30 which is too late for a hotel. Hotels with high tariffs are expected to have such basic things taken care. I would urge the owner to look after this other than that khyber has very good food and great customer service.

The food was so tasty and the chef was very talented. All staff are polite and have good hotel management skills. The reception desk guy was very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and 5 star quality. Parking space available.

Firstly the food at the hotel is amazing . They do Indian , Chinese and Italian all of which is 5/5 excellent. The hotel rooms need improvement- the floors are dusty and towels are dirty, there is no heating. The only cooling options are ceiling fans . Hopefully this will improve as this a very new property .

We had an amazing experience beyond words. We booked this property for my mum and her friends for her birthday, and they upgraded their rooms and provided excellent hospitality. It's a must-stay property.

One of the best hotels we could find in Anandpur Sahib. Room sizes are quite large. Price is okay. Its towards the outer part of the town away from all huste and bustle
