The location of the hotel is awesome in a crowded and self sufficient market place. All shops , wine shops are located nearby. The rooms are magnificent and large if you take a deluxe room category only. The amenities are world-class and the service was impeccable. The food is good too especially the morning breakfast which was tasty and fresh and served with individual attention. Highly recommended for a comfortable and economic stay.

Our stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making us feel comfortable throughout. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, ensuring we had everything we needed. Although there was a slight delay in service, it was hardly noticeable given the overall quality of our stay. The highlight was our dinner at the hotel restaurant--the food was not only delicious but also had a unique touch. A special thanks to Mr. Manish for his outstanding service during our meal. Overall, a great stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the service and amenities did not meet even basic standards, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Below are the specific issues I encountered: 1. Unprofessional Staff: The staff lacked professionalism and responsiveness, making the stay unpleasant. 2. Poor Room Condition: The menu card placed in the room was torn and overwritten, reflecting poor attention to detail. 3. Non-Functional Amenities: The TV in the room did not work. Despite requesting assistance, it took an unreasonable 40 minutes to receive any help. 4. Lack of Basic Facilities: Normal RO water was not available, which is a basic amenity expected in any hotel. 5. Inadequate Room Features: The room assigned to us had no windows. When we requested a room change, the manager disrespectfully stated that we would need to pay an additional 1500 for an upgrade. This is how hospitality is maintained? Overall, this experience was far below acceptable standards, and I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for any stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your services for future guests.

Rooms were near and clean with good room service. Mr Suresh at front office took good care of us and was always smiling and hospitable. Location of the hotel was very near to the railway station which made it convenient for catching early morning train back to Delhi. Overall a good family trip experience to Amritsar.

Had an extremely nice stay at this property, and it was valued for money. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with everything. Breakfast was also too delicious, would love to visit again and recommend to other friends and family too

Amazing service by entire hotel team. courteous and very professional. Location is excellent. Very close to the railway station. Requested hot water, waiter brought every time hot water without reminding him. Breakfast was very good . Will stay again for sure.
