*There is no option below 1star*|This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I've ever had. If there was an award for ruining someone's trip, this hotel would win hands down, whether it's their room or their food. I booked a standard room, and what I received was a disaster--a room with a massive pillar right in the middle, completely destroying the space and vibe. I had specifically spoken to the manager before booking, and he assured me I'd get a room exactly like the ones shown on the website. But when I checked in, the room was nothing like the pictures, a total bait-and-switch.||The parking situation was equally terrible. The website claimed there was limited on-site parking, yet when I arrived, there wasn't even a place to halt my car in front of the hotel. I had to park far away, which is utterly unacceptable. After raising these issues with Goibibo, which then escalated to Treebo, their "solution" was to offer an upgrade to a different room--but at an additional cost of 1000. How is this a resolution? To top it all off, the hotel promised hot water, but there wasn't even warm water in the shower. With a 2-year-old, this became an absolute nightmare.||The hotel staff knows very well how to apologise, and it seems like they've been trained to do nothing else. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk and manager, they simply ignored us, and Goibibo hasn't provided any meaningful resolution either. Breakfast was another disaster--just oily Chole Bhature, eggs, bread, and poha. What if someone doesn't eat oily food? Should they go hungry? ||After wasting over 6000 on this horrendous hotel, I can only advise others to either pay a little extra for a decent 4-star hotel or book any other hotel in this category--but never stay here. Even if it were free, it would still be a terrible choice. The so-called "4 or 5-star" reviews are laughable. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. Truly a pathetic experience from start to finish

Romms are neat and tidy but small. This place is near to temple as it takes 10 mins ro reach Golden temple stop by tempo. Breakfast was all okay with variety of poori sabzi , bread and butter and fruits. Services was okay

For the price, this hotel was definitely worth it! My stay was comfortable and even better than expected. The staff's warm hospitality made the experience even more special
