Be Cautious with Online Payments at "The Fern Residency" If you're planning to stay at The Fern Residency and while clering your payment if it gets deducted during the transaction, but the hotel claims they haven't received it -- believe me, you're unlikely to recover that money. Once you check out and repay the amount, the hotel staff stops responding and offers no further support. My sincere advice: Do not make a second payment until the deducted amount is either refunded or the issue is clearly resolved. It is the hotel's responsibility to assist their guests and address such payment discrepancies. Unfortunately, in my experience, they failed to provide any help.

Fantastic stay with this luxury hotel. We like our stay,breakfast buffet served with variety food, front office & house keeping staff is very much professional. Nicely maintained lobby area.pool side area having a beautiful view of the city...I like this hotel very much

I and my friend was booked hotels through travel agent on 30.03.25 to 31.03.25 for two days well before one month and I found room was not upto the marks.The paint on wall of rooms was removed on so many places due to water seepage .The water leakage from commode.The shaving mirror was hanging. The service was poor and toilet kit was provided after demanding.No napkin and no floor towels was kept in the room.The allotted interlink room found not as per 4 star hotel.So overall my experience was very bad.So think twice before book.

Stayed at Fern Residency Amritsar for two nights in 4th week of January. It has nice location on mall road which has the upscale market. Not enough parking space. The staff is courteous. As it was cold, and our room did not have a heater, they assured to change the room next day(which they did) to a room with warmer and provided a portable room heater till then. The rooms need to look cleaner, especially the toilets, but they are passable.They have a spacious restaurant which gives fairly good food( we only had few snacks. We had to leave the hotel at 5 am on check out day as our flight wasn't 7 am. The hotel provided us neatly packed breakfast at 4:30 am!

We had a great experience at the venue. We booked two rooms and also hosted an event in their banquet hall. The staff was cooperative, the food was delicious, and even the banquet hall managers were very accommodating. A special thanks to Mr. Atul and Mr. Ravinder for managing our event so well!

Wonderful stay here while we were there for a wedding. The service was great. Friendly and helpful staff. But best of all their breakfast buffet was just amazing food!!! Didn't want to leave. Good variety and fresh. Thank you

8/10 times they respond quickly to the service call @11. The food was good. The restroom was good. They maintain proper hygiene. The ambience was superb! The main doors were small, people standing outside can hear whatever u r talking : (

Stay Was awesome ,entire staff was helpfully,food was very tasty, this is our 2nd visit here but prefrably our best destination for stay. Like the hospitality they serve, special thanks to mandeep mam and Raman sir for superb services......
