Nice hotel with good room and great bathroom. The pool was very welcome considering the April heat at the end of each day. The location was ideal with Uber rides to pretty much everywhere costing less than 250 rupees. Restaurant offered a decent selection at breakfast although we generally ate lightly. Also used the restaurant in the evening and food and service was very good. All staff were friendly and Vinod Shyam Anu especially. We would recommend this hotel.

We went in march 25 with our full family, including an infant and senior citizens. The hotel is really good and centrally located.. 10 mins away from the Golden Temple. The rooms currently are on the ground floor except a few on the first floor. It has a good swimming pool. It has one multi cuisine restaurant. We stayed in the Heritage Grand suite and the Heritage suite. The rooms are big and spacious and nicely done. The property is very old and refurbished into a hotel, which is approximately 2 years old. The service is also great. Vinod singh at the dinning was a great help. One can try directly bookong with the hotel for best offers. Breakfast was also good.||Cons- the service did get affected when there were more guests and food choices maybe limited. Also in the future they are making a building for more rooms which can affect the boutique bit of the hotel

The Earth, Amritsar, is a luxury heritage hotel steeped in history, housed within a magnificent structure that was once home to the Victoria Jubilee Hospital. Built over 130 years ago to commemorate Queen Victoria's 55th year of reign. The staff are almost over attentive in their service and go out of their way to look after you. Food is first class for lunch and dinner, however a little limited at breakfast. Rooms are expansive and well designed. However, try and avoid rooms close to the entrance as the constant car horns from the nearby street can be annoying. The highlight is just wandering the grounds though. A little oasis of peace in amongst the chaos of the Amritsar city life.

Room is nice. Comes with a mini fridge for water. (It's really hot) AC is good in the room but will sound stutters. Staff generally were helpful but at times it took long times for requests to be actioned, or rarely at all. Pool was very nice but was a bit dirty.

Lovely hotel, good restaurant, and staff very helpful. Building is an old Victorian complex built for queen victorias visit to the city once upon a time. Vinod was especially helpful in the restaurant. Would return if I come back to Amritsar

My stay at The Earth Amritsar was exceptional. The hotel's elegant design, spacious rooms, and warm hospitality made for a truly relaxing experience. The staff was attentive, and the authentic Punjabi cuisine was a culinary delight. Conveniently located near iconic landmarks like the Golden Temple, it's the ideal retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend The Earth Amritsar for a memorable stay.

Trust me, basic Oyo hotels will have better maintenance than this hotel. Except for the exterior looks, nothing else stands for the 4 star hotel standard badging (they state that they are 5 star hotel in casual talks). Booked a heritage suite room, the first room that they gave had curtains muddled with oil, walls with stains. So, even before I confirmed this room they gave another room as an option. This room had noisy AC and non working exhaust system in the washroom. Upon complaining they have shown other rooms and said they can upgrade me to Grand Heritage suite which was maintained even worse. This grand heritage suite had oil stains on the bed linens and insects in the room. Finally I took a different Heritage suite room as it looked better. Even this room had plethora of issues but I was tired of complaining and changing. Cold water tap was also giving hot water, upon complaining they fixed it in an hour or so. Water was very hard and felt like they added some chemical for cleaning. Room doors are not properly sealed due to which flies and mosquitoes were entering. Even this washroom had ventilation issues as the exhaust vent was barely working. Carpet and sofa cushion were full of stains. Curtains were aged and the lining was damaged, due to which light was leaking in. I have ordered pesto pasta upon arrival and hands down the worst pesto pasta I ever had. The plates and cutlery in the restaurant were covered with dust and complimentary breakfast was also below par. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone even in my sleep. I finally understood why there were barely any guests during my stay. A complete let down by Wyndham. My stays at Marriott and ITC in other cities were 100x better.

A very special place. A beautiful Victorian building made into a modern luxury hotel . The service (thank you Vinod) and food were excellent. Truly a unique hotel that's a delight for the yea as well as the palate.
