SureStay by Best Western Model Town Amritsar

Clean and tidy. Feel and look of a brand new hotel with all areas looking fresh. Location is just perfect to go either side of the city. Being not on busy street helps easy navigation. Staff at the entry, desk, room service and restaurant are good and helpful. Good pickup and drop facility to airport. Breakfast is good with all possible options in buffet breakfast. Otherwise also restaurant food is good.

We had a great time at Sure stay by Best. western. All the staff was very curteous and polite. Room was very clean and the bedding was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty with plenty of options. Dharmendra singh and Pankaj took Good care of us in the Restaurant. Overall good value for your money. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice staff and excellent hotel , tasty food, staff gave us full support during indian pak war. |Must visit and explore amritsar... All related spots are near... Junction is near and will feel good.............. Wifi, nice ambiance, cleaning on time

Overall, I had a great experience with the surestay best western model town. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend

Rooms with best ambience and the location is nice . the staff here are humble and amazing. The quantity of the food is awesome and the taste is delicious.The rooms are clean and well arranged and the best part of the room is the bed which is so comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing. Dharminder Singh served me very well. Great taste. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Idli was awesome. Will recommend to everyone. |Hotel is a non smoking property. I suggest they should have some smoking rooms as well. Overall experience was great.

Hotel hospitality was good stay was comfortable, staff was humble given smooth check in and check out . Food was good there were several varieties of food available. Room facility was also good , nice room view was good fast service available.

great hotel and staff is amazing. 1 young Sikh boy-didnt get his name-was a true example of hospitality! best place to stay-safe as well and 3min walk to our Gurdwara-Golden Temple. will be back for sure...tq to the hotel team. only issue we faced was check out was at 12pm and extended to 1pm-flight was at 10pm. Thus we didnt have anywhere to go and sat at Airport for hours. Perhaps extension can be given on hourly basis would be great-as some hotels do.
