Ramada by Wyndham Amritsar

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada Amritsar! The hotel's location is perfect, just a short distance from the Golden Temple (3-5mins walking distance, absolutely safe for tourist), making it ideal for both tourists and business travellers. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout my stay. I did mentioned prior to travelling in an email about my sister's birthday and they surprised us with a small cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all modern amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything spotless. Plus point, they provide heavy duty weighing scale to weigh your bags upon request! The breakfast buffet was good, if you love Indian good then definitely this is going to be your favourite, food is prepared and served hot. Maybe more spread on non indian food/continental should improve, the choices were not that appetising. Thou the service in the restaurant was good, with attentive staff making sure guests had everything they needed. Overall, Ramada Amritsar is a great choice for anyone visiting the city, offering luxury, convenience, and great hospitality at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Location couldn't get better. Rooms nice and clean a bit old fashioned but nothing wrong there. Service could be better kept me standing at check in for over 30mins as the booking website had not sent the booking over. Showed on my phone. But obviously they have trust issues. Breakfast Ras 899rs and was absolutely terrible. Don't dine here unless you want to show off. Absolutely waste of a breakfast. Was it worth the money. I don't think so. But I did get some Facebook likes for checking in to the Ramada. lol

We stayed here for two nights on a weekend. The hotel is well located in the centre of Amritsar and close to the main attractions of the City. Mainly the Golden temple, Jalianwallah bagh and the partition museum re all within walking distance. The hotel is well deorated and well maintained. The whole property is in vintage style. At the time of our visit it was undergoing a refurbishment. The hotel has all facilities including swimming pool, restaurants. The breafast had a lot of choice with Indian and western varieties. All the staff and the personnel in the front desk were very froendly and helpful. We asked for an early check in and they also gave it.

Housekeeping staff Ravinder and Anu showed professionalism and courtesy in their duties. Room was clean and they were helpful in our requests. Superb.. . .... Breakfast spread was good. So was quality of food and service staff. Very convenient and looking forward to another visit

Stay was comforting and pleasant enough. It's near golden temple which attracts tourists to stay here. Pool is clean and attractive. Breakfast is delicious with amazing staff in the restaurant especially Mr Rajesh the Manager is professional with his work and his team. It's definitely perfect hotel to stay in Amritsar. Thank you

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is its location. The bus stand, railway station are in close proximity. We had booked a one night stay at this hotel to visit the golden temple. The distance of this hotel from the darbar sahib is literally walking distance for most people and for those who don't want to walk, e-rickshaws are stationed right outside the hotel 24 hours. Apart from that, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk, restaurant as well as the housekeeping was quite helpful and courteous.

Great stay at this place. Clean rooms great housekeeping by ravinder, harpreet, ashwani. Good food and near golden temple. Comfortable stay and pool available on terrace. Must visit. I will be back as well and also recommend to my friends and family.

I am really happy with my stay at this hotel. This is a very good hotel near golden temple. It is only 0.8km walk to temple. You don't need to take any auto also, take exit and take left and go straight, you will first enter a food plaza sort of building and then keep going straight after you see haveli. The staff was polite, prompt and helpful. I requested for a couple of complimentary things as extras and they were happy to help. I had a superb experience here with the service mindset of the staff. I stayed in a standard room, it has a queen bed and it is a very small room if you are booking. The room was very clean, and comfortable.
