Don't get fooled by Good reviews, because we exactly did the same. It is not worth staying in the price they are offering. Better opt for other hotels in the same pricing. The location is good. Close to the railway station, but the surrounding area is not good at all. Golden Temple is about 20-30 minutes away. You can get autos and electric rickshaws just outside the hotel. The room was stinking, the bedding was stinking and the washroom was stinking like hell. There was leakage from the toilet seat. The drains were emitting bad smell. The lock of the washroom was not working properly. We observed dampness on the wall. There was no kettle and no complimentary amenities except for two water bottles. There is a lift in the premises but no dining area. They give room service. The food was average. If you opt for this hotel for your stay, it is better to eat outside.

Horrible Experience at Sagar Hotel Point - Avoid at All Costs! I had the worst experience staying at perfect Sagar Hotel residency. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, completely uninterested in helping guests. Every request felt like a burden to them, and they showed zero hospitality. The room was in terrible condition--the blankets smelled awful and were torn, making it impossible to get a comfortable night's sleep. The cleanliness was nonexistent, and the entire place felt unhygienic. To make things worse, the service was beyond slow. I ordered breakfast, and it took three hours to arrive! By the time it came, it was cold and barely edible. Overall, this hotel is a disaster. Poor management, dirty rooms, horrible service--definitely not worth even a single star. Save your money and book somewhere else!

We had booked an executive room directly from official website of the hotel for Rs 1.5K during 02/2025. Room was everything but executive. One that it was tiny, two that it was not in best of the state, three that window shade was not folding. The positive was the size of the bed & clean lenin. Bathroom size is also good. Reception is cold and unfriendly. We were asked to pay for extra mattress for our child which we didn't comply. Housekeeping is very good. For 1.5K per night, I believe there must be better alternatives in Amritsar for stay. Not recommended at this price point.

My experience was completely disappointing and frustrating. I booked a stay at their Amritsar property, (Sagar Residency)and during the booking process, their team assured me that the Golden Temple was just five minutes away. The same information was also mentioned online. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the temple was actually 30-35 minutes away, and even by auto-rickshaw, it took around 10-15 minutes to reach. When I requested to cancel my booking, the hotel staff refused to assist me, instead asking me to contact the company directly or the person who made the booking. After considerable effort, I finally managed to reach the concerned person, but she flatly refused to issue a refund, citing last-minute cancellation policies. The lack of professionalism was extremely disappointing. Perfect Stayz needs to prioritize honesty and transparency in their advance booking process.

My worst stay ever. Rooms smelling pathetic, very bad room service , very small rooms, no ventilation, no window, parking is below a flyover, it's on your own risk, the good reviews are because of the refund they give on check-out. There is constant humming sound of some generator or something coming in the room. Water in the toilet smells really bad. take this hotel on ur own risk

The stay was pleasant. Towels in the room were damp but manageable. Room was 3 out of 5 clean. Hot water was available. Food was served well and decent. But they had some issue with breakfast in morning. Overall 4 out of 5 stay.

My experience was pathetic. Rooms are small and smelly. Not able to serv Tea and Dinner as per the plan. Please do not get fooled by reviews on Google as they pay Rs 100 refund for writing good review
