M K Hotel offers a delightful banquet experience. The food is undeniably tasty, with a wide variety of options to please every palate. The hotel is 4 star rated but the stay has been pathetic. The rooms are unhygienic and the staff has been super rude. The mineral water bottle is also paid.In case you require cleaning they have two numbers 230/231 . We had a tie up with our organization but the staff has been very rude.They breakfast spread is very small and the same variety is out every day.When we go to breakfast, they stand there and observe the people eating. In case you are complaining about anything they won't pay attention.. In case you are checking out early morning they won't let you clear the bill one day before.

Had a great stay and experience here. Rooms and ambience is elegant and asthetic. Complementary breakfast was awesome too. Overall great service

Worse service we come to drink coffe to begin over day in peaceful environment and when we just enter restaurants we order 2 coffee staff keep on gossips so loud and worse taste of coffee and worse manager who tell us to leave within in 5 min as I request to have a sit they said need to clean restaurant what he is doing from morning than and what my concern with cleaning when I need to have my coffe so I left my coffee in middle and leave the restaurant worse hotel and service specially there restaurant

The ballroom at this location is great for any event. The food dishes are delicious and they provide amazing service to guests. Even the stage and dance floor is spacious.

Had dinner service for 10 pax , pathetic service , delay and poor staff attention. Food was tasty so hats off to chefs but poor service :) Salad not repeaped on time same for bread ! Will never come again ! Floor manager should be fired.

Very pathetic service. The hotel staff was very rude, asked for tea and toast while breakfast, The hotel staff didn't even respond. It's not like they couldn't hear me, I made sure to repeat myself for 3-4 times. Also, hotel staff don't even provide you drinking water even after calling multiple times to the room service. Most pathetic service I've had.

Best rooms, good service. However away from Temple...little inconvenient to travel to n fro in traffic
