Hotel Sallow Grand

The worst hotel ever anyone would have visit. It's not up to that level that anyone should review it but like I was a victim no one should. Almost everytime their is no staff, no room service, no cleanliness, no electricity, no water. Everything is just worst.

Decent budget place with delicious breakfast and warm, friendly staff.

Staff was polite and helpful but room condition was not that great. Ceiling plaster was getting pealed off and table & chairs were not available in our room for seating. Bathrooms were not cleaned on the corners and door lock almost rusted. We also found dust on the towel rack. The passage towards the room was also not well maintained. We were not given our room keys, reason provided was previous guests used to lose their keys (which did not make much sense to us as every hotel has such incidents of key being lost by the guest but that doesn't mean future guests are troubled for same), due to which we had to rely on hotel staff everytime to enter our rooms. Our Breakfast was complimentary but we received it very late and it was already cold by the time we had it. To get hot water for bathing we had to keep the water running for almost 5-10 minutes which was total waste of time and water.

Archit is one of a kind. Best customer service I have experienced while on vacation in India. Went out of the way for me and I truly appreciate that. I came by myself here on a solo trip and he helped me so much. Not only did he welcome me nicely, he made an itinerary for me which helped me so much.He is definitely an asset to your hotel. Good job! Keep it up.

Rooms & Bathroom are not clean. For lunch/dinner they have only main course option available. Staff hospitality is a major disappointment. We reached FabHotel Sallow Grand around 9 pm after a long 12 hours journey from Manali , we ordered dinner from their Hotel . After 1 hour when food didn't arrive i went down to check with the staff , they informed us that our food order was cancelled and they forgot to inform us . They dont have heater option available. Rooms are always cold because of centralised AC arrangement. They charge 500 fine if we order food from outside. Pathetic experience.

Negative Reviews are created from the competitors Don't trust on them. I must appreciate this hotel and staff, everything is fine, only you wait for the hot water in bathroom only, because they have solar system and due to heavy fog solar system is not working properly, but after 5 mins start the tap u can get hot water. The owner of the Property Mr.Amit is very knowledgeable n humble person. Hotel location is perfect n located in a posh area, and with the ample space of parking. Park your vehicle and go anywhere by local auto only, wherever you go, fare is fix 80 to 100 rs max. Not recommend to go anywhere by your car (rather than Attari Border) Will highly recommend this property n surely visit this property next time :-)

Good morning, It was my 2 days trip in AMRITSAR.... i enjoyed alot there.. in HOTEL i felt like I'm at my city . Staff are good on time services cleaning all very good in the end i walked out happily from the hotel.

My room was booked thru OYO! The receptionist named Nishant Shukla disagreed about the booking for which full payment had been made in advance. He said we don't have any room available and you speak with OYO! Upon showing him the proof that I've checked in thru OYO he suddenly agreed and recalled that there are 2 people and 1 child younger than 5 and gave us a room. The room in the app was mentioned with a room number which Mr. Shukla conveniently lied that we don't have a room# 201 in our hotel. He took me to lower ground floor. The place was smelling, it was a stench which was unbearable. I asked him about hot water and he said there is hot water. The room that was given to us didn't have hot water. He changed our room to the one with hot water. My wife went to ask for the key to the room and Mr. Nishant Shukla again conveniently said that this is an electronic door lock. There is no key and it opens and closes automatically. Obviously we were referring to the key card as a key but he didn't give us anything. Since we were travelling from Delhi, we were very tiered and wanted to take a quick shower. The room was as it is not in a condition to stay with cigarette butts on the floor and our 2 year old picking those up. We decided to leave. We wasted our money for 2 days of booking just to take a dirty and stinky hot water shower. Total time we we were compelled to stay was about 1hr. Pathetic! Never visit! Never pay in advance! They are all liars!!
