Hotel Ritz Plaza

I brought a group of ladies from England to stay at this hotel. We were very well looked after by the staff. The breakfast and food generally was great. The rooms are a little tired and the swimming pool was shut when we were there but for overall value for money and service i would recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning next year!

The ambience was nice, Calm and quite place. I had dinner and breakfast there, it was beyond my expectations, varieties of food items available. They didn't provide room for our driver This is the Only one thing that disappointed me. They let the driver to Sleep inside the vehicle, This is a safety issue as the driver should get enough rest for safe driving.

This place has an old school vibe. location is excellent. Staff is polite and courteous. Rooms are decent. Washrooms are not good at all, shower space is so small that you can't fit in, hot water takes 15 minutes to come through. Housekeeping is good. Still a good option in the budget friendly hotels.

The rooms are neat and clean although they are old style. Food is of the best taste. Location wise it is far away from the golden Temple and other visiting place.. Although the time is approx 15-20 min only..

Excellent hospitality with staff that cater to all our needs in and out. Marvelous rooms with endearing staff at really cheap rate. Absolutely in love with the food of the city and of the hotel. Amazing decoraion. Grateful to everyone in here.

Pros :||1) The Housekeeping Service is fast |2) Enough Parking space|3) Clean and in a convenient location|4) The room was comfortable|5) Wi-Fi was reliable.||Cons:|1) The TV system needs to be upgraded|2) The rooms need to be a little bit decorated in the context of the walls|3) Room Service for Food needs to be a little bit quicker and nicer as well|4) Breakfast needs to have more variety

Location: Excellent if you don't want to stay in the narrow streets near Harmandir Sahib. You can easily get a transport (E-riksa/Taxi) from the gate. Most of the famous food hubs are not very far. |Cleanliness: Strictly average. You will find used plates/bowls/glasses in the corridor till mid day. The hotel itself is pretty old and it shows its age. Rooms are clean enough.|Comfort: Bed was too soft for my liking.|Service: Service was good. Hotel management should give proper tools to the HK staff to clean the bathrooms/toilets. It's inhuman to get everything cleaned with just a piece of cloth. Requested for 2hr late checkout, front desk agreed for 1hr.|Amenities: Nothing to talk about

Amazing hotel. Great staff and perfect location and beautiful food a must stay for all families and couples pool was not working as it was the wrong season but everything was great. I will come again and stay in summer season to enjoy the pool services
