Extremely disappointing experience -- avoid at all costs. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Upon arrival, we were given a stinking, poorly maintained room with a broken glass door -- a serious safety hazard. Shockingly, the hotel staff had no idea about the details of our booking, which included breakfast. After a frustrating back-and-forth, and only after a heated discussion, we were reluctantly given a different room. The next morning was even worse. Breakfast, which was supposed to start by 9:30 am, was nowhere close to ready even by 10:00 am. We were kept waiting with zero communication or apology, and eventually had to check out without being served anything because we were running late. This kind of mismanagement and lack of basic hospitality is completely unacceptable, regardless of what you're charging. Do not be fooled by their low tariffs -- the service is equally low-grade. Save yourself the regret and stay far away from this place.

Rooms are very big and nice but Services are BELOW AVERAGE. Anything we use to ask would come after one hour or two, be it Tea , coffee, extra bed, anything. How can a hotel taking Rs3000 per night for a room make you wait 1 hour for morning tea? which is also chargeable?? We are paying good amount and receiving such poor services for what? We asked for breakfast timings and were told around 8 breakfast would be there and guess what they provided us with breakfast at 10 AM. We are tourists and came to travel not to waste our time in hotel waiting with empty stomach in this hotel. So the hotel was all over Below Average you can give small rooms hut please provide better service!

Had a bad experience at this hotel. 1. Staff was not co-operative and we had to wait for 2+ hours to get warm water for bath. 2. No proper services including water and food. 3. They had switched off AC for entire hotel just to get income via Heaters and we had to take it since we had kids along. 4. Breakfast was served a bit cold and we had to ask for getting tea/coffee heated. 5. Rooms were not at all managed properly including washrooms Overall i will not even rate this hotel 1 which i had to give because of google mandatory settings.

room was spacious but no almirah or locker. food was good but kitchen was closed till 12 in the morning location was good AC was not working No hot water available No towels were provided on day 1 even after repeated requests Breakfast was provided in room and was below average felt like living in paid prison for 2days

Book only if u don't have enough money to pay for Hotel. Located n Ranjit Avenue Rooms r very big but Service is WORST They do not provide Dental Kits. Bathroom Sleepers, Soaps, even Towel u won't get until asked. We booked Room with complimentary breakfast paying more amount. But we used to get breakfast one hour after order. This is Winter Season and No Hot Water n Taps. Inspite of continuous complaints there was no action. At last when we fought with Reception Staff Room was changed. But there also next Day No Hot Water for bath. When we ate a day before by ordering food and kept used plates outside, till 1 day plates were not cleared and still lying besides our Room. As compared to other Hotels n Ranjit Avenue the Rooms r available n cheaper amount. And d rooms r very big. That's d only advantage. Rest everything is worst.

House keeping service is slow. The front desk is very helpful and also the food is good. Front desk executive: surjit singh gaur was very nice and helful during the stay

False Advertising: Expecting luxury based on the hotel's website or photos only to arrive and find a much lower quality experience can feel deceptive and disappointing. 7. Safety Concerns: Poor security, unsafe locations, or feeling unsafe in a hotel can create anxiety and negatively affect the stay. 8. Bad Food: If the hotel's dining options are bad, overpriced, or cause health issues, it can contribute to an overall negative experience.

The stay was bad they did not provide towels, water bottles. Washrooms was not good. It was very bad experience, there was very smelly rooms like the medicine for deemak. I will not recommend this hotel to any one for the stay specifically if you are visiting with your family.
