Hotel Infa - Hotel Near Golden Temple

Hotel Infa offers a warm and welcoming experience, thanks to its friendly staff. The services provided are top-notch, and the food is truly excellent, making dining a delightful experience. While the rooms are smaller than expected and lack windows, the well-maintained amenities make up for it. The hotel's location is another plus--it's conveniently close to the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and the local market. However, the entrance can be a bit tricky to locate as it's tucked behind another building. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Good hotel at reasonable rate in Amritsar. Good food in restaurant. Though faced some issues like : - Hot water not available on 1st day in bathrooms, issue fixed on Day 2. - Breakfast gets served quite late, at 9 am, even though it was confirmed that it will be served at 8 am the next day.

Our experience is very very bad . We had booked for 3 nights and paid 50% advance as insisted during booking. On arrival, Hotel demanded for balance 50% at the time of check in and had to pay full amount. We had booked for 3 nos deluxe Rooms for 3 days . When we did not like the rooms after seeing them on arrival they informed that they can provide super deluxe rooms but against extra money, which we had to agree. We reached during late afternoon after long journey and stayed that night. New rooms were also not comfortable and there was always a very bad smell all around. We decided to check out after 2 days and informed the reception on very next morning. Since we had paid for 3 nights , we suggested to adjust the refund amount against food bill. Lady at reception informed that she will update after talking to authorities. During evening they told that refund is not possible and amount paid would be forfeited. Despite of all my efforts, they were reluctant to connect us with authorities and had to leave after 2 days after paying for 3 days. My advice to all is to get satisfied first after seeing the rooms and hotel ambiance and then check in.

We had a very bad experience from the side of the hotel staffs and managers.please do not take this hotel . Bedroom pillows and bedsheets are very stinky and dirty. Please be aware of this hotel .if you are a tourists Please don't take the hotel they will be scamming for sure. Location was very narrow and unhygienic. Hotel food serving plates were very dusty. If you take this hotel before seeing the review please take the photos of each corner and commodites otherwise they might scam you !.......staffs and managers were very rude....

Hotel Review During my recent stay, I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Positives: * The room was clean and well-maintained. * Amenities like a mini fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, and a hot shower added to the comfort of the stay. * The staff was very polite and courteous throughout. Negatives: * The location of the hotel is inconvenient, as it is not on the main road. You need to walk through a very congested 'gali' (lane) to reach it. * When I checked in, the drainage outside was choked, and water had flooded the narrow lane, making it difficult to enter the hotel. * On the day of checkout, the power supply went out. While the staff mentioned it was due to a service issue, they didn't wait 10-15 minutes for me to leave. As a result, I had to use my flashlight to manage during checkout, which was disappointing. Verdict: The hotel has potential due to its amenities and polite staff, but the poor location and lack of preparedness during power or drainage issues made the experience inconvenient. It's a decent choice if location and prompt service aren't a priority.

Bad experience from the staffs in reception. While checking out they claimed 1000 for bed sheet damages that were not from our side it was from already there side .The bed sheet was dull in colour and have some stains which is not from our side also demanded compensation and after making the payment they denied sealed vouchers. Before entering the room pls check all the things otherwise they will demand the amount. Hotel management only aiming money not customer satisfaction.

We had a terrible experience from hotel INFA, Amritsar. This hotel is situated in a narrow way and the surroundings are unhygienic. The room service was pretty bad, the rooms were not cleaned after the previous customers however the staffs and managers were not cooperative with the customers and was trying to scam without even thinking of the situations going around. Anyway if you are a tourist who is seeking for a room to spend the night please don't book here!

It was a nice, comfortable room. The food quality was good. The main thing is that the rooms and toilets were so clean and hygienic. The staff were very helpful.
