My Overall experience is OK because room that was alloted to me has some issues like washroom has no Geyser and when i told the staff they said it is centrally operated and the hot water will directly come from tap after 2 buckets of water. After filling two buckets there was no sign of hot water, do staff gave me the other room's washroom to use. There should be some coordination missing between the staff as they have alloted me the wrong room where hot water, landline phone and bedsheet are torn off. I would request to please recheck the whole room before taking the room in this hotel.

Rooms were not cleaned properly and the bed sheet had little holes in it. Food was good and staff service was really good. The location of the hotel is very confusing to locate but overall it is a good cheap option to stay in Amritsar
At last moment, manager at reception denied to give us room.they told us there is no room available until I have advance booking. Very poor and irresponsible behavior of hotel management
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my family. I had an ambivalent experience. The check-in process was flawless and the receptionist even upgraded our room to one large family room with 2 queen size beds. Everything was good but the room was not well-maintained. There were hairs present in the bedsheets which got changed upon prompting the house-keeping staff. There was no hot water and no geyser. The location was okayish as it was in an alley which had many other hotels nearby and it was filthy. The breakfast was complementary and it was delicious. But there was a rat menace in our room where the rat came out at night and gnawed at the packets of food kept outside the bags. The major flaw was with the payment. Once we checked in, the bloke at the reception told us that we may make the payment only by the time we checked out. I asked whether they'll accept card payment and they replied in the affirmative. However, what they didn't mention is the 12% GST which is included for payments made by UPI or by cards. This information was new to me as I planned to settle my bills a day before checking out as we had to catch a flight early in the morning. So, they asked me to pay in cash to avoid paying such extra money as tax for which I had to go around 2 kms in the night around the hotel searching for an ATM to withdraw money for paying the bill as the fellow told me that there was not enough cash in the nearby ATM. Had they told me about this earlier, I could've easily settled the bill and would've went on with my packing. It caused a bit of an inconvenience as I hadn't eaten my dinner and there were no autorickshaws nearby and I had to walk the entire distance. The overall experience is above average.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to express serious concerns regarding my recent stay at Hotel Hollywood Heights, where I was relocated after being unable to stay at Hotel California due to an uncommunicated policy restriction. Unfortunately, the experience at Hollywood Heights was well below acceptable standards, affecting both the quality of my accommodation and the service I received. The room I was given was in poor condition. The facilities, especially the washroom, were substandard, with broken fittings that made the space both uncomfortable and inconvenient to use. Such maintenance issues reflect poorly on the level of care provided to guests and left me deeply dissatisfied. Furthermore, I had a highly unpleasant encounter with a staff member while ordering breakfast. When my breakfast was delivered, the staff member rang my doorbell, and as I took a moment to open the door, he reacted in an unprofessional manner. He shouted at me in a way that was unnecessarily aggressive and completely out of line for a service environment. Additionally, he acted invasively, attempting to look into the room as if inspecting it, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. These issues indicate a concerning lapse in both facility upkeep and staff training. I would encourage the management to address these areas to ensure that guests feel welcome, respected, and comfortable at your property. Proper training on guest etiquette, as well as regular maintenance checks, would go a long way in improving the guest experience. I trust that you will take these concerns seriously, as my recent experience fell far short of expectations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
