Hotel Grand View

Three words - Greedy, hostile and unprofessional! Not recommended at all especially the family people because you wouldn't want to indulge into an argument with these touts when u have family around. The receptionist /the manager (after taking full payment on check in and agreeing upon the prerequisite that we are gonna be provided with an extra mattress) refused to provide it unless we paid extra for the same and all this at 11pm. Hence, we were in the most vulnerable position possible and couldn't do anything but to pay him with that. One would find a better hotel when looked for especially in terms of the professionalism and hospitality.

Very much amazed to stay at this wonderful hotel. Perfect ambiance with very clean and neat room. Fantastic service by the staff. We had an awesome stay. The reception was so cooperative in check in and check out and also helped us in other informations about the city.

Spend two days. Good Staff , Clean room , Affordable and prompt service. What else one can ask for. A good hospitality.

ONE of the WORST Hotel in Amritsar . NO WiFi and they Don't have Mineral Water also. A person named Amit is kind of Fraud who takes the money first but doesn't give the services which a hotel should offer. They charge heavily . They don't even turn the Geyser until you tell them n number of times.

The location of this place is very good. Connected to all the main road of the city. Room was good in size. Rates are not very much expensive. Many people come here and stay over here. Service was also good. Bathroom was ok in size.

Not satisfied.... They take the full payment in advance and then show negligence... They didn't even provide us hot water

Good vegitarian food. Enough available items. Suraj & Abhishek given good hospitality.

Rooms are neat and cleaned.. Well maintain hotel but service is not good ..
