HOTEL GOLDEN LOTUS- Hotel, Bar, banquet & Swimming pool in Batala Road, Amritsar

I recently had an good no of accommodation days in this hotel, I was pleased with the hotel accommodation and specially cleanliness. I basically found everything amazing in this hotel. Even the staff behaviour was kind and supportive. I stayed there for so many days and started felling it like my home. When I first came to this hotel, it felt like a real hotel but after 20 days, it now feels like home to me. The staff here is also very corporate. They always try to do the best for us. Not only the food service is good in this hotel but all the facilities are the best.The staff here talked to us in a very polite manner. Thank you so much Golden Lotus for making us feel at home

We stayed for 3 days in this Holden Lotus hotel in Amritsar. Staff here made sure our stay was very comfortable. They were very helpful & prompt for any help we needed. Food was good. Dining & banquet facility are very good. Given the opportunity we will stay her again. Best wishes

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and had an amazing experience. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, offering a truly comfortable environment. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and available whenever needed, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The food deserves special mention--every meal was delicious, making dining here an absolute delight. A big thanks to Mr. Sunil, the General Manager, for accommodating our request for an early check-in without any issues. Additionally, the front desk manager, Mr. Sunny, stood out with his warm hospitality and cooperative nature, making the check-in and stay even more pleasant. Overall, this hotel delivers an excellent experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Just a note: it's about 3km from the railway station, but the distance is manageable.

My stay at Hotel was fantabulous .I stayed for 30 Days and fully satisfied in every aspect of hospitality . GM of Hotel Mr Sunil is especially need to be mentioned here for the quality of services and his cooperative nature . Reception & Food area staff is also good .

I have visited recently to the hotel with my family . The rooms are big clean and very comfortable. About the food. It is very delicious. Staff of the hotel is so supportive and always ready to help in any manner for them guest is their first priority . Specially GM Mr Sunil ji. He is just a rockstar make you feel staying in your own hotel he takes care of everything for their guest never said no to anything asked super helpful and his team is totally marvelous Personally I have bookmark this hotel for all my visits in future to Amritsar . The hotel is located just 3 km from golden temple out from the city hustle and noise . Personally recomend everyone to stay their . Thanks GM Sunil ji work your warm hospitality

I booked this hotel a week in advance, but just one hour before check-in, the manager asked me to cancel my reservation due to overbooking. After over an hour of back-and-forth, they finally provided a room, but the entire process wasted so much of our time and completely ruined our mood. The experience was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Booked room from agoda but they also did not help.

Rooms were extremely dirty, Including washrooms. I thought I got a good deal but it was extremely unpleasant stay for me and my family. Service was very poor, staff is highly unreliable including hotel manager Sanjay / sanjeev etc. But room size was decent and location worked for me as I had to park my car and it's well connected to all major roads
