Overall it was good to stay here . Rooms are very clean and spacious. Food quality was also very excellent. Service was very fast. Pool was good to swim and clean . Restaurant was too good for dinner and other activities. This was my first trip in this hotel and it was superb . Hotel's owner was very helpful. Staff was very kind. They help my family for this memorable trip. Thanks once again for this kindness.

We stayed here for a day during our visit to The Golden Temple. The rooms are very comfortable and they provided extra mattress for our kid at an extra charge. The staff here is so prompt and quick to respond. Couldn't taste the food this time hopefully next time. The rooms though are very small and window less so that's a choice question.

I would like to share my genuine review for this hotel, I visited Amritsar with my parents and kids. I booked two executive rooms, first of all the location of hotel is great having so many good non-veg options and restaurants near hotel, hotel rooms are very nicely maintained, very much clean. Swimming pool is good its on 4th floor one negative thing for swimming pool there was no any changing room, Hotel food was very expensive, suggest everyone to please have your lunch and dinner outside the hotel, Hotel check-in was very fast, Mr sarthik Sharma at reception was very cooperative fellow, he assist in all the formalities. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was polite, and the rooms were clean with proper amenities like temperature control. While the room sizes were decent (slightly on the smaller side), they offered good value for the price. The hotel is located a little away from the Golden Temple and market area, but the surrounding area was spacious, wide, and pleasant.

Hotel was located in a very secluded spot away from anything. It was on a main road with very little around it. Check in was smooth and I got to my room which was clean and tidy. The en suite bathroom was also quite clean. The temperature was around 4c but there was no heating. I called the reception who sent someone up to sort it but turns out the central heating only come on after 8am and not at night. They offered me another blanket instead. I asked if I could get something to eat and was told everything in the hotel was closed and i should download an app and order from outside. Couldn't download any apps and asked reception at 11.20pm if they could order me something. They said they could order me a pizza and I finally got a small dominos pizza at 01.20am. 2 hours later. After that I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. Asked reception again and was told there may be hot water in an hour. There was no Luke warm water till around 9am. I was booked to stay here for 4 nights but checked out the following morning and went to the Ramada hotel in town. Reason for a 2 star was room and bathroom cleanliness.

Nightmare,This is the worst hotel you can find on planet whole hotel smells badly,They haven't clean the rugs in ages,unclean room and almost 99% rooms are vacant. I book this hotel with my family for amritsar trip i made a full payment already but when i checked in within 2 minutes i was on reception with my baggage to ask for refund and leave bit they said we will not redund it do whatever you can go to poilce or anywhere. Even the mice has given babies in flower pots thats the kind of hygeine they are maintaining. They are scamming every other person staff is misbehaving and goon type. I will attach videos of mices in flower pots.

Heights of indecency by the hotel- I have been calling them up requesting to refund the money but these thiefs are incorrigible. Don't book room here, these guys only fudge and manipulate ratings. As as result, this has gone beyond my tolerance level and I am filing a complaint against them now
