Rooms are small in size and wash rooms are foul smell. Dining can not accomodate more than 10. Cleanliness and neatness are really a concern. Otherwise food taste remains good.

Had a beautiful experience in this Hotel... Especially Gurusharan helped us alot and guided us to the wonderful places!! Happy to be in Avista hotel.... We 6 were there and all us are too comfortable felt like home.
