I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the service was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. They were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Quick responses to requests and a genuine attitude made the experience feel warm and personal. I would definitely return just for the service alone--highly recommended!

To be very honest, I really liked it a lot. Every staff member was very nice, well-groomed, and professional. They spoke with great respect. The food quality was up to the mark -- everything was very delicious. I truly appreciate their services. And I am happiest with their staff -- the entire team, including the cab driver, dining staff, reception staff, and other senior staff members. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family .

Had a great time at the property. The service is outstanding. Breakfast assistance from Chef Diya and Sanjeev Singh was the key point . I was not keeping well, both of them made sure of the support by getting my breakfast on my table. Very cooperative staff. Do visit if you want to have an amazing experience

The stay was amazing at Holiday Inn. All amenities are available. Breakfast was really good with all kinds of cuisines.please do try amritsari kulcha here. Also there are quite good beverages here. Navjot and Anu served us really well and even catered for special requests
