Ritika, the room service attendant, was an absolute delight throughout our stay. From the moment we checked in, her warm smile and thoughtful demeanor stood out. She was always ready to assist with even the smallest requests, and her willingness to go the extra mile truly made us feel cared for. Whether it was bringing in fresh towels promptly or checking in to make sure everything was comfortable, Ritika's presence was both reassuring and uplifting. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism added a personal touch to the service that made a lasting impression.

Amazing Experience -- Truly Loved It! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The resort is spacious and beautifully maintained, and the rooms are even larger and more comfortable than expected. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations -- it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, good environment, breakfast is super healthy. I love the services provided by front office staff, housekeeping staff and f&b service staff. Obviously production department is also doing really good that's why we are having good time there. My son enjoyed in swimming pool. Loved the place

It's a good property convenient location. The staff were courteous . The food was good. The toiletries were of good quality. The bath linen needs to improve a bit. The sofa cum bed is old and not convenient to use as bed as the base is uneven ||||Lobby area is compact. ||||Spa is good.

I stayed at Fortune Ranjit Vihar and, unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I booked a deluxe room for 3 nights, expecting top-notch service, but the stay was quite disappointing. For the high tariff charged and association with ITC Brand, the services were below standard. The kitchen is not 24 hours with limited menu (only 5 items e.g. sandwishs). I want to try a very famous local delicacy called Amritsari Kucha at 3am in the room service and it is not available. The breakfast starts at 7:30am, which many 4-5 star hotel offers breakfast at 6am, which to my opinion is not acceptable to tourist needs. As I have a 1-day golden temple and wagah border tour and their usual pick-up time is 8am at the hotel. I cannot even have breakfast here! As a result, it cannot provide a 4 star hotel service for Dining service at 3am nor a breakfast buffet request for my amritsar golden temple experience trip. Given the price and the lack of quality service, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Excellent stay. All staff members are polite and cooperative. Food taste was excellent. Room service was also good. Very convenient to reach to hotel it's near to highway. All main markets of amritsar and golden temple was very near in 15 mins drive.

We recently stayed at Fortune, Ranjit Vihar and, unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. We booked two premium rooms, expecting top-notch service, but the stay was quite disappointing. For the high tariff charged and association with ITC Brand, the services were below standard. Even basic amenities like toiletries were not provided, which was quite unexpected. When we requested extra bedding, it was extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the service was very slow--every request took an unusually long time to be fulfilled. The hotel's location is another downside. It is far from the city center, making commuting inconvenient, especially for those looking to explore nearby attractions or business districts. Given the price and the lack of quality service, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
