Best Western Plus Amritsar

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, a comfortable bed, and a coffee maker. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of options to start the day right. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location of hotel is great with local market around. Service is very slow as they have laid back approach. Improper infomation regarding billing (at checkoit they chatged few itmes like water bottles which was not informed earlier). Rooms are good with ample space.

First of all they won't admit to any mistake. They will counter with "it's a newly built property". We booked through booking.com . They gave us room full of thick dust surface on vent. The walls had wet plaster all across. There were insects in the bathroom. Room service was slow. No iron kit. No brush kit . Food service to the room was slow. The breakfast was just another disaster. Every other person was doing some random duty. Taste was 1/5 . Food options 1.5/5. Not recommended.

Despite a tempting phone offer that led us to cancel our original booking at another hotel, our stay here was extremely unsatisfactory. The bathroom was poorly equipped and malfunctioning and needed multiple reminders to get it fixed. Housekeeping was negligent, and not trained with uncleaned rooms and unreplaced amenities. There was absolutely no change to the room and its basic cleanliness and refills even after several reminders. We found the staff's explanation of a new manager to be unacceptable. We almost missed our flights due to last minute taxi issues at 5 am . Very very negligent and careless attitude of the drivers who was booked by the hotel. The breakfast service was the sole positive, thanks to the excellent staff member in charge."

We cancelled our other booking and decided to stay here after they called and gave us a favourable room price. There are no towel racks in the bathrooms. The jet spray is on the wrong side. The toilet water overflowed in the bathroom after flushing. Rooms were not cleaned , the items in the tea tray were not replaced, towels were not changed. The housekeeping staff was not trained. They said the manager was new. How is that the guests problem? We booked 2 cars for an airport drop. Only one car arrived after many calls early in the morning. The refund for the 2nd car came a week later. The only good thing was the breakfast service. The lady in charge was polite & accomodating.

Stay well away from this hotel. The room was filthy and we had to ask them to deep clean it before we stayed there! The bath had hairs in it from the previous people and the sheets hadn't been cleaned, also had hairs in it! We asked for a glass of whiskey in the evening at 9pm and were told the hotel didn't yet have a licence so couldn't serve anything. As you can see from photos the whole place was filthy. We assumed given the Best Western name it would tick certain basic boxes like cleanliness, but no. Place was filthy.

We booked two rooms at this hotel for three nights. Upon arrival, we reached quite early and requested an early check-in. Although the hotel was fully booked, Ms. Prabhjot was exceptionally kind and managed to provide us with rooms two hours before the standard check-in time. As a bonus, she even upgraded our rooms to deluxe. The hotel is ideally located, just 10 minutes from all the major tourist destinations in Amritsar. The property is well-maintained and offers several amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, massage services, cafe, and restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy any of these facilities. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed: a study table, a chair with an ottoman, a luggage rack, hot water shower with toiletries, and tea/coffee provisions. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a good job maintaining the room. We also requested a late check-out for one of the rooms, and the hotel kindly allowed us an additional two hours.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the area. Definitely recommend it!
