Pathetic rooms, 0 cleanliness, broken door handles, non functional Acs. It's truly a disaster in the name of Hotel. We had to shift the next the itself. Utterly unhygienic. Suitable for those who are not interested in the above mentioned issues..

Best location, very good staffs and a clean room! What else anyone would have wanted. Go for it guys!! Thank you Basera boutique for serving the best, it was more that anyone could expect.

Everything was perfect and very good service from reception to bell boy, especially thanx to Mr.kamlesh ji manager is a very good person, he take care every need of guest n give 100%. Whenever I come to Amritsar I stay basera hotel only, value for money

Basically it's a loud Club with rooms. Very loud music even the room windows were shaking. Rooms are very old and in need of a urgent makeover. Food was gr8 but very costly. Staff was very polite. After changing 3 rooms with dampness smell, intercom not working,tv and dth not working problems the forth room images are attached. Management, please go for renovation urgently .

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,The rooms are spacious and clean but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The distance to the main market is 2 mins on foot. The staff is helpful and polite. The only low point is that the food is average in taste. Overall, a satisfactory stay

Amazing stay at Basera Boutique Hotel amritsar. I had stayed with my family for two nights. Rooms were very spacious and cleaned. We had stayed in executive rooms. Food was amazing and hotel has a club house on the roof top we had enjoyed our dinner with devil knights. Staff was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to entire team to make our stay memorable. I ll recommend to all my fmly members. Visit again!
