I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was such a great experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. But the highlight for me was the food - absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and left me wanting more. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they nailed it every time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing food. Can't wait to visit again!

I had an amazing experience when I just stayed at this hotel! The rooms contained everything I needed, were tidy, and were cozy. The staff was very kind and always willing to assist. However, I thought the food was the best part--it was so good! Each dish was tasty, fresh, and left me wanting more. Every time they prepared breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they were flawless. All in all, I had a great time and would suggest it to anyone searching for a restful vacation with delicious meals. I am eager to return!

This review is a genuine review without any bias. Actually, this hotel does not deserve any positive review except for its location which is at walkable distance from the most famous Golden Temple. Check-in and Room Experience: I checked in on 21 March for one day which I thank myself that I choose to stay for one day. My check-in experience is too bad. I checked in the evening with my family and was too much tired. Despite the hotel room was pre booked, they did not provide me the room which I requested for. There is no balcony in the room (pretty much looks like a couple room). Washroom was too dirty even water was clogged in the basin. It was not cleaned at all prior to hand over. When I showed the images at the reception, they started defending. Staff: Staff is very pathetic and non cooperative. Food: Despite of pre booked Jain meal, they did not provide it saying they were not informed by myself. I thank myself that I choose only breakfast which was again a pathetic experience. I respect food always and do not waste it but on that day the bread toast which they prepared on my repetitive requests, they served burnt one which one can not even eat. Safety: I checked out on 22 morning (one hour before the check out time). I was in hurry as I had to catch up a transport, I missed my jeans trouser (which is an expensive one) inside the wardrobe on my room. When I arrived at home and couldn't find it in my luggage, I called up them and requested them to check with their staff but they said there was nothing left inside the room. I asked them to check one more time inside the same room and access the CCTV footage to validate the facts, but in vein, even though, I am so sure that I had kept it inside the wardrobe. So from safety point of view, premises is completely unsafe and untrustworthy. Parking: No ample space for parking a car as the premises is located in main bazar.

Having a good experience with all kind staff . Must recommend this hotel nearer to Golden Temple...not more then 5 Min walking distance from hotel. Foods are really very good and they have also served food for my baby with special care. Thanks to all staffs for their cooperation and Support. Only one pro is that it is close to the main attractions of Amritsar i.e. the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Baug. ||Rest are all cons. The whole place has an unhygienic feel. The BF is non-existent. Sure shot tummy upset. The bathrooms are shabby and leaky. Good hot water, but showers don't work. Located in a narrow dirty lane. Getting in and out of the hotel in your car will be a challenge. ||All in all, if you expect a certain level of hygiene and efficiency, don't even think of this hotel. If you have better budgets, choose Fortune or Ramada close by.

This is a genuine review after my stay at this fake 3 star lodging. The rooms were pathetic as we could see cracks in the walls at every corner. The floor looked like it was made of wooden logs but was not well maintained as it was sticky and slimy to walk on. We were given a "corner" room with AC and the only highlight of the stay was that the AC worked. The bathroom came with a showroom which occupied 80% of the area leaving little to no room to stand in front of the basin or to use the commode. Thankfully the water didn't seep out of the bath into the bedding area in our room but the others staying with us in different rooms had to deal with water seeping out into the bedding area! I don't even want to get started on the issues with food or cleanliness of the room/bath areas or with the quality of the mattress, the bed covers and the bed sheets. I'm just thankful that we carried a set with us and never used the ones they provided. When we complained to the travel agency the receptionist and the manager came to our door and banged it and asked who among us have complained and has problems. I really don't understand how Level UP or even the hospitality community gave them "3 stars"

Everything about hotel was exceptional. It was clean ,stylish with excellent service and prime location. The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay , making my travel experience truly enjoyable .

Do yourself a favor and NEVER book this hotel. The rooms are ridiculously tiny, and the bathroom is a complete disaster with no drains. The receptionist is an arrogant, rude person who behaves as though she owns the entire place and thinks she can get away with verbally abusing guests. Even if you book an Executive Room, they'll try to force you into a cramped deluxe room instead. When you confront them about this scam, they'll lash out and start insulting you. We were a group of five senior citizens, and she couldn't care less, showing zero respect. To top it off, the lift was out of service, so we had to struggle up to the third floor. This place is an absolute joke--stay far away from it. And don't believe the Google reviews; they're fake and clearly posted by the hotel itself to trick potential guests into booking here.
