As a frequent traveler, I always aim to provide honest, unbiased reviews to help others make informed decisions. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this particular hotel was underwhelming and far from the standards expected in this price range. 1. Pricing & Value for Money Rating: 3/5 The pricing felt slightly on the higher side considering the limited amenities offered. While the tariff might be justified if basic necessities were readily available, the reality fell short. Guests shouldn't have to repeatedly call or visit the reception to get essentials. 2. Room Experience Rating: 3/5 The room itself was average--neither impressive nor disappointing. The bathroom was clean, which is appreciated. However, basic in-room amenities such as towels and dental kits were missing. Despite calling three times for assistance, there was no response. I had to walk down to the reception twice--only to find it unmanned the first time, and only on the second visit did someone reluctantly assist. Sure! Here's the corrected sentence: There was very little water coming out of the tap, and it took around 10-15 minutes just to fill a bucket for a shower. 3. Food & Dining Options Rating: 2/5 The food menu was extensive on paper, but in reality, only 2-3 items were available. This discrepancy between what's promised and what's delivered is highly frustrating for guests looking for variety. Only tawa rotis were available, and shockingly, no beverages were stocked--cold drinks weren't available with the reasoning that "very few people come here." That's an unacceptable excuse for any hotel. Breakfast, priced at 300 per person, only included poha and paratha--no variety, no beverages. A disappointing offering for the price charged. 4. Food Quality Rating: 3/5 The food that was available tasted okay--neither memorable nor disastrous. Certainly not on par with other hotels in a similar or even lower price bracket. 5. Staff & Service Rating: 3/5 The staff members were polite, but the service lacked basic professionalism and attentiveness. The inability to respond to guest calls and the unavailability of front desk personnel reflect a major gap in hospitality standards. 6. Overall Experience Rating: 2.5/5 As someone who frequently stays in hotels across various cities due to corporate commitments, I found this stay quite below par. Other hotels at lesser prices have offered me a far superior experience in terms of both service and amenities. Final Verdict This hotel has potential, but it falls flat on execution. Poor service, lack of basic amenities, and limited food availability make it difficult to justify the price. For future guests, I recommend managing expectations or exploring better options nearby. Improvement in guest experience, responsiveness, and menu reliability is urgently needed.

I am tired of paid reviews on Google. I always search for reviews from Google local guides, so I hope you will do the same . Some key points; 1. The place felt newly built, but the room and washroom were nice with all the basic amenities available except the hair drier and washing jet for the toilet ( to be honest that's a big concern for me as they had the fixed jet under seat and I promise you I have never seen it working properly, so was the case here) 2. It's very budget friendly and location is great for view, but it's a little bit away from any shops or markets. But that was ok for me. 3. They have their own kitchen, but I think I went in winters (26-dec) and the kitchen (along with most of hotel staff) goes home so from 10 pm to 9am you can't order anything. So you have to be prepared accordingly. 4. Staff is very nice and polite as well as cooperative where possible. 5. You can order outside food from zomato Swiggy etc. & the hotel doesn't mind. so that's good . 6. I was staying only bcz inhad to catch a flight in the morning, I was able to book uber and the hotel staff also offered help if the uber/ola won't come. Overall you get more than you you are paying, so I won't be believing on any petty issues and would recommend this place as it's better than other places that shows on Google maps which have paid reviews and look shady

We had a delayed flight so we had to look for hotels nearby. This place was just 3kms from the airport and had great availability of rooms. The staff was very sweet and helpful, (helped us with all our needs) the rooms were good too.
