This hotel is within walking distance from Golden temple. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is also quite good but takes too much time to serve food after placing an order in a restaurant. Limited dishes are available in breakfast irrespective of various dishes for breakfast mentioned in the menu card.

Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel, which was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. When I checked in, we agreed on a rate of 1000 in the name of a room upgrade from deluxe to super deluxe as i requested for early check-in, enabling that reception person asked me to upgrade the room for early check-in in spite of having a Deluxe room available, but at the time of checkout, they suddenly demanded an extra 500. This felt like a clear case of dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I also called Goibibo from where i booked this room, and they also agreed that this is a mistake from the hotel's end but couldn't do anything in this case, also the person assured me that his supervisor would call me on this matter in some time bit even after 3 days i have not received a single call, bad Service from Goibibo as well. The Hotel services were equally disappointing. The staff was extremely slow in responding to requests, and the hygiene standards were appalling. The room was unclean, and during my entire stay, no one came for room cleaning. It was clear that the management doesn't care about maintaining basic standards of cleanliness or customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here unless you're ready to deal with poor service, unclean conditions, and unexpected charges. The only thing that is good about this hotel is its location- within walking distance from Golden Temple

Rooms were neat and clean. Service was also good. Location is near to the langar hall , but it is sometimes difficult to manage transport as cabs/auto from railway or airport wont reach u have to switch to any other mode of transport.

The best part is the location of this hotel is the proximity from Harmandir Sahib, Jallianwala Bagh and the shopping area around it A must recommend if travelling with family Affordably priced and good, clean rooms with all decent facilities for a family. They have an in-house restaurant also, but don't know about the food as we had local options around the hotel area

Nice hotel. The Golden temple and the market are nearby. Rooms are a bit compact but clean and tidy. Service is also good.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Amritsar and had an overall wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff was courteous and ensured all our needs were taken care of. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. However, the only downside was the tea. Despite our request for no sugar, it was served with more sugar than expected. We would have preferred it without, but other than that, everything else about our stay was exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Amritsar!

I spent two nights there a few days ago. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and well designed. The lighting in these spaces is stunning. There are various types of rooms available there, including those for singles, friends, and families. Both hot and cold water is available. One of the best features is its location. Very close to the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. All facilities are available, and still this hotel is reasonably priced. I will suggest this hotel to everyone.

The staff was decent not a great experience with them but it was average but the rooms were great some small cons were there that the jetspray of the room was leaking in room no. 306 but except that every thing was perfect
