The Nirvana By Urban Galaxy

This place is pathetic. We booked this hotel for two days. First i got there number from google. They showed you their property which is Urban Galaxy (which is obv more better than this) and than they share the pictures and with those pictures you think that its a nice property. And when i got there and see the property. First thing this property is in such a small area like not even a car can pass from that road. They took the booking under the name of urban galaxy. And when we told them that we booked for urban galaxy they started arguing with us. Than we checked in to the rooms because we paid them before. The rooms are soo small that i cant explain. We asked for upgradation and than they started charging us more. They charged us more. The hospitality is 0 . No body is there at the reception if you need something and ask them if they can arrange they clearly say - MAAM STAFF NI HAI. Like what kind of a hotel it is jha staff ni hai. Than we asked for towels. After 3hrs we finally got a towel and it has holes in it. We asked to turn onn the solar so we get hot water. We told them to open the solar at 5 and they opened it at 10 even after calling them multiple times. They are not active. We asked for food they were charging 400/- for dal makhni ? Like srsly ? And when its time for us to check out we asked them how much do we have to pay more , they didnt add our charges which we paid them for adv booking and when we shouted on them and fought with them the person on reception said i dont know it is what it is. We almost did a great arguement for an hour that too in the morning. These guys are making fool. Never never never book. No matter what. Never book them. My experience is zero i wish i never booked them. Pathetic service worst hospitality

My honest review to this hell hotel present in Amritsar. And recommend you all never book this hotel. Well what to say about this hotel. My worst hotel experience ever. The food which I order from the hotel is like hell. Ordered food in afternoon and got it after 2 hours & over expensive with no taste. The management was so poor. I paid extra amount while booking so that I can get tea maker etc in my room but after multiple call and visit at reception I able to get this in my room. For room heater I paid extra amount still I have to call reception to switch on it again and again. They charged like what they don't even deserve. Television not working, towels are wet and torned. Such a poor customer management and poor service. I recommend you all never book this hotel. Unable to rate this below 1 star. This hotel don't need even 1 star.

Upon arrival on 20/02/2024, I was shocked to learn that the hotel management had unilaterally cancelled my booking on the app, effectively erasing any evidence of my stay. This not only deprived me of the benefits I had anticipated from Agoda but also raised serious questions about the integrity of the hotel's practices. It appears evident that the cancellation was not initiated by me, as I was physically present at the hotel for the entire duration of my reservation from 20/02/2024 to 23/02/2024. This manipulation of bookings suggests a deliberate attempt by the hotel management to circumvent booking site commissions, at the expense of guest satisfaction and trust. I caution prospective guests against booking with Hotel Nirvana, as my experience underscores a lack of transparency and reliability in their operations. Such unethical practices not only harm individual guests but also undermine the credibility of the hotel industry as a whole. Proceed with caution when considering accommodations at Hotel Nirvana. Apart from this my recent experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The room was cramped and poorly cleaned, with little regard for guest comfort or hygiene. Despite requesting a clean-up, the staff showed little interest in addressing the issue, leaving me feeling neglected and disappointed. To add to the frustration, the complimentary water was provided for only one out of the three days of my stay, further highlighting the lack of attention to guest needs and amenities. The entrance to the hotel through a narrow gully, strewn with unsightly debris and waste, was off-putting and not what one expects from a reputable establishment. The inconvenience of navigating this cluttered pathway, particularly with luggage, detracted from the overall experience. However, one redeeming feature of this hotel is its proximity to the Golden Temple, which is within walking distance. Despite this advantage, the overall shortcomings in cleanliness, amenities, and accessibility make it difficult to recommend this hotel to others. For those seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay, I would suggest exploring alternative accommodations in the area.

Best experience. Survice is to good. The nirvana hotel room very neat and clean. Food is very delicious.

Nice hotel newly renovated, price are truly in my budget... Location was really short from golden Temple...
