The Landmark Amritsar : Near Golden Temple

Very nice hotel at great location. 2-3 mins walking distance from golden temple and Jallianwala bagh. All staff are very helpful and professional. Rooms are cozy and well maintained. Welcome drink is jaljeera

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at The Landmark hotel in Amritsar for 2 nights. The hotel is located just 10 minutes walking distance, from the iconic Golden Temple. We booked 2 rooms and the accommodations were impeccable, with well maintained rooms and spotless bathrooms. The hotels amenities were equally impressive, featuring a reliable supply of hot water around the clock. The on-site restaurant was a delightful surprise. The restaurant staff prepared exquisite Jain cuisine on request, which exceeded our expectations. Overall, our stay at The Landmark was truly exceptional. We highly recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Amritsar.

We stayed at Hotel Landmark, Amritsar, for 2 nights from April 12 to 14, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The overall service was extremely disappointing, and we faced numerous issues during our stay. The staff was unresponsive and ignored our requests for services included in our booking. Basic toiletries were not provided in the room, and the bathroom had poor lighting due to a fused bulb, which no one bothered to fix despite complaints. The restaurant was a major letdown - they didn't have breads available during lunch hours, and after placing food orders multiple times, we waited endlessly only to find out the orders were cancelled without any communication. Every service felt like a struggle. Even something as simple as getting tea was impossible at any given time. Booking a taxi for the Attari Border ceremony through the reception was another ordeal - despite several requests, the staff failed to arrange it until we physically stood at the reception and insisted. To top it all off, our car, parked on the road outside the hotel (despite their claim of proper parking facilities), was covered in dust and bird droppings. We requested the hotel to clean it, even offering to pay for the service, but they outright refused. Overall, our stay was nothing short of pathetic, with constant inconvenience and unprofessional service. I would never recommend Hotel Landmark to anyone and strongly advise looking elsewhere for a better experience. Rating: 1/5

Hotel service was excellent. Staff is very supportive. Hotel need to maintain air conditioning system. Air conditioning was not working in my room but staff help us in shifting into another room.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our room was spotless, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. It's located just a 5-minute walk from the Golden Temple. The staff is highly professional, offering excellent hospitality and prompt service. The food quality is impressive, with plenty of breakfast options. The rooms are reasonably spacious, though the ventilation in the washrooms could be improved.

This is an absolute scam of a property. Not sure why they enjoy 4 star rating. Untidy linens, stinking rooms, unhygienic washrooms, this is probably the norm. There was no hot water at all in the rooms and the staff kept on making excuses and the eventual solution was that they'll provide buckets of hot water the next morning, like it was a dharamshala. Horrible hospitality, bad food. The staff doesn't even know how to greet. The boys giving you attitude of you ask them a water bottle. Guys, don't bother even considering this place to explore the holy city.
