Hotel Urban Galaxy - Near Golden Temple

Hotel was in prime location. Just 200 mts from golden temple entry. Mannat's behaviour was very good. Langar house was on right side when we go towards golden temple. Dinner and breakfast was good. We have taken half board food option for 1 night stay. On saturday and sunday , rush might be there as the roads are very narrow towards hotel from main road. Ppl should not blame hotel for this. For weekdays, its all good.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Urban Galaxy in Amritsar. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Hotel Urban Galaxy to anyone visiting this beautiful and sacred city.

I recently stay at hotel urban galaxy, apart from room space nothing is good about this hotel.i Have booked two sweet room and asked them to provide early check as we have 2 toddlers with us. but Intentionaly they do not provide us early checkin.and only give us one room and the other room is also free. Service is really bad..order twice or thrice but every time order delayed by 1-2 hours.

At first when I booked the hotel, I was hesitant because it was a 3 star hotel with a 4.2 rating. I stayed there for 3 nights, I found all the staff very helpful & friendly. They guided us to all the tourist locales with proper information. The rooms were clean, the food was good, the view of the Golden Temple from the roof was amazing, the bornfire facility on roof was mind blowing with the cold temperature. The car tour driver Saab Singh was very helpful & took us to all the locales & guided us like a pro, helped us with all the shopping by taking us to the best wholesale markets around the city & on time arrival to the Attari Border even when we were running late. Overall, the team of Urban Galaxy managed by the Manager Vardaan is very good & reliable for all the tourist planning to go to Amritsar. I highly recommend this hotel to all tourists. I had the best experience. I give a 5 star rating to this hotel.

First they gave us room on the ground floor which was scary and worst.. but on request they shifted us to 2nd floor which was quite good room.. the food was very good.. Sanjeeb and rinku were helpful .. just 5 mins walking distance from golden temple

USP is it's location from Harmandir Sahib, decent rooms at reasonable rates and good food. Terrace being renovated for better view of the Golden temple. Mr. Vardaan is extremely responsive and a great gentleman to interact with.

Stayed here twice, once in 2019 and recently. It was really good back then. Unfortunately, the hotel has not been maintained well. The toilet bowl is stained, the shower does not work properly, there were cockroaches in the room. However, the staff were really quick to help and very friendly. Hope the owners could do more to clean up the hotel back to how it was before. Location is also pretty good, only about 3-5 minutes walk Harmandir Sahib.

Rooms were decent and value for money but staff was very cooperative and considerate.
