Hotel TT Residency - Best Hotel In Amritsar

It is a very good budget hotel with a parking lot. I visited the hotel along with my parents and family. The rooms were satisfactory. However the cleanliness is not up to the mark. I would have rated it 5 star had the rooms been clean. The staff are good and cooperative. The property was well constructed. However it needs maintenance. The location is good. It is well connected to the Golden Temple by public transportation systems like e-rickshaws .

Well I was there for 2 days. It was great experience for me. Staff is friendly & no complaints. It was wonderful, i reached late night but they assisted me with no excuses. Even when I was leaving also they made me to cross check all my belongings which I liked. I recommend whosoever looking for a stay. Please opt this. Location is very near to golden temple. I am very much happy and satisfied.

Very wrong behaviour over the call. They doesn't even have the phone number. If you will book they will not pickup the call even. Truly pathetic staff and bad attitude

Staff were very greedy, we left our mobile during checkout and they picked. When we reach back in next 15 minutes they denied. When we ask their owner no and police then after long arguments he put my mobile under the bed. Very very bad experience Not hospitality Not for family No in house kitchen No toiletries No cleanliness Worst stay

The way they treat guests is impaccable. The ambience here is welcoming and each and every penny is worthy. Staff is jolly and co-operative. Loved it!
