Hotel TEG Royal

Ok. So i cant give 0 stars so have to give 1. Dirty bed. No water in washroom. Toilet dirty with someones else poop. Taps missing im bathroom. No water at all. Squeezy bed, couldnt sleep at all. Spring was loose. Intercom was not working as they had phone from 1950 i guess. The intercom is there just to deceive you. Staff not at all cooperative. They just want money. Worst worst worst experience. Please consider this and dont book with them.

Very far from golden temple, no shops around also smelly and dirty rooms, even after complain they won't do anything, wifi also wont work in rooms, tv are not working. can say not worth of even 600 INR

Photos are deceiving, horrible service, came with family and it was bad experience. Dirty rooms, bedsheets smelling and staff is not at all concerned about. It was bad decision for me to come here.

Cheating they have presented good photos photos of new hotel bad its old one, there are no locks for doors.

Dirty bedsheets, no towel, no water. Very bad experience. Very old hotel but they have put pictures like a new one.

If there was a option of 0 stars would give First we were charged 1400 more than original price Second bedsheets were dirty ,toilets had a weird smell ,no toiletries were given, after constant complaint bedsheets were not changed and we were given a small soap in the name of toiletries ,water bottles were overpriced ,cupboards were broken , blankets had a weird smell, and there was no hot water and even the water had a smell Toilets had no water ,even are things were stolen from our room when we gave the keys to clean our rooms

This is fraud, they say it's company serviced but service is pathetic. The photos are beautiful on oyooooo and Google but that's not the reality.

Very good Service, well located and the rooms are very confortable.
