Rooms here were small and conjusted not a great place . Hotel is near the golden temple but the problem is that if you have brought your own car or taxi the car cannot reach the hotel as the hotel is in very tight space in a narrow lane the surrounding of the hotel is not good . In night we felt lil bit dangerous reaching the hotel . Some staff here were in a attitude and few were good . To reach the hotel with your luggage you have to hire a battery rickshaw who again robs you by saying 100rs rate for transportation.

It's situated in a noisy, congested area with constant traffic and honking. The surroundings are dirty and unkempt, making it an unpleasant place to stay. Additionally, it's far from any major attractions or conveniences, making it inconvenient for travelers. **Room Condition:** The condition of the room was the worst part of my stay. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet and walls. The bed linens were old and had a musty smell. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with broken tiles and a leaking faucet. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were severely lacking. In conclusion, Hotel Regal is a place to avoid at all costs. The terrible room service, poor location, and deplorable room condition make it a nightmare for any traveler. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

Had a great experience during my solo trip. The hotel was decent, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained, considering the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Finding the hotel might be a bit tricky, but the best way is to start your navigation from the gurudwara on Google Maps.

This was the worst stay of my life. First of all, cabs don't go till hotel door. They drop 200 mtrs away. So when we called hotel to send someone to help with luggage, he denied. We had baby and lots of luggage, told receptionist same but he didn't care at all about it. So somehow my husband managed and our cab driver was so helpful, he helped my husband with luggage. When we arrived at hotel, still no help was offered to take luggage inside building. Secondly, Room and washroom walls were damaged due to moisture and whole room was stinking. Next day, we had booking inclusive of breakfast. In morning I asked for breakfast and they made us wait for 2 hrs just to bring sandwiches and parathas.At first, they denied to serve breakfast and said we should go to nearby street and buy our breakfast. Then when I fought and told them about logging complain, they checked again and confirmed that breakfast is inclusive and after almost 2 hrs we got breakfast that too after making like 20 angry calls. During checkout, we told receptionist to send someone to help us with taking luggage till cab but he declined very rudely even when he clearly saw we had baby with us. Lastly after giving us the worst stay of our lives, receptionist has the audacity to tell us that we should rate them 5 star to get 100 rs discount/cashback. Such a terrible person and service with no humanity.

Very impressed with the hotel's hospitality. The rooms are neat and cozy, the service is efficient, and the food is outstanding. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Worst Experience Ever! I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was in the worst possible condition--there was a foul smell, hair on the bedsheets, and dirty, stained covers. It was disgusting and unhygienic. The condition of the room was nothing like the pictures shown online, which makes this feel like a scam. Completely unacceptable, especially for the price charged. Avoid booking this hotel at all costs!

Horrible rooms, there are hundreds of bugs all over and the rooms are filthy. We saw the room and decided to not stay right away however after everything to refused to refund.
